I had a great experience her picking out my fiances future wedding band and my engagement ring. David was so patient, insightful and intuitive. He didn't make me feel rushed or silly for wanting to try so many of them on before making my choice. I trust his judgement and his tastes. He did a great job and would buy from Helzberg again because of him and the quality ring I got at a good price.

My partner and I had an awesome experience today and we picked a couple of beautiful rings for our wedding, I want to emphasize that Juan Weisman made our shopping experience way easier than we thought it would be, just thinking about budget and different options was making me more nervous than the actual “I do” lol but Juan took the time to explain the features and payment options if we would use our Helzberg credit card.Thanks Juan for going above and beyond and made our day even happier!!!!I definitely recommend this store in particular and Juan to take care of you!

Everyone here is amazing, they always update my account every time I get my ring cleaned and the $40 lab created special every month for a beautiful set of earrings, necklace, and ring is amazing!This outlet is incomparable in customer service to any other place I’ve been and I always feel so special! My daughter & I go to Helzbergs every 6 months to have our jewelry checked. We are always pleasantly welcomed by the entire staff. Kelly, the Store Manager, is friendly & even checks & cleans all our jewelry…yes, the Store Manager! Rick & Dave (I believe), both have been at this location for a long time, are patient & welcoming. They are happy to help in any way necessary. Kudos to their team!
