Wish I could give a place negative stars! Came and and found some clothes, headed to the checkout. No one was working the counter and had several employees walk by and just look at me. One employee in particular came out of the little door next to the register, and was talking about her weekend. Looked up at me then continued with her story. I ended up just leaving the clothes at the counter and leaving. Won't be coming back

Greater variery than expected' staff was friendly and welcoming, had never been in as didnt expect it have as many products as they do. They have items in various price points.

The staff here sucks to the core. No humility, no dignity maintained towards the customers at all. Basically, they are not interested in working, super lazy. Most importantly, the guy who is at the frontdesk has no decency of talking to the customers properly. He was asking me to pick up the clothes of someone else’s claiming I have kept those clothes on the hangar.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Came to make an exchange/return 2 weeks after original purchase. One shirts chain was broken once I got home, two pants didn't fit, and one shirt was just too big. I pulled one pair of pants out, I was told immediately it was final sale and would have to be on merchandise card. Okay. I pulled broken shirt out and I'm told they can't take back, even though tags are attached and never worn. I asked why, employee had no answer just told me to look at return/exchange policy at registers. I told her I read my receipt before I got here, nothing states that. I asked how would I know what is final sale, when it was not posted, nor was I told. She again had no answer and just ignored me. The cherry on the cake was that the store had NO MERCHANDISE CARDS to refund to! Mind you, this is prime Back To School season. At this point, manager Andrew LAUGHS at me while helping a different customer at registers. I ask him if he just laughed at me, I'm ignored and laughed at again. I keep my merchandise since no one can help me. As I'm leaving, I ask associate who is not wearing a name tag, if I can talk to management. I look over at registers where same female employee is looking, and I see Andrew, shaking his head NO that he is not coming to deal with any problem or concern. I asked her her name, supposedly it's Linda. After she rolled her eyes at me multiple times and walked away mid sentence, I waited 5 minutes, no help. I ask YET another female associate what the males name was, I was told I can ask him myself. That's how I come find out the man laughing at customers in store, is responsible for my experience and the training of his peers. I work in this center and trust me I told EVERY SINGLE one of my customers not to shop at this Guess. Customer service sent me a label to refund ALL my merchandise. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

I really love Guess but their employees sometimes are a little rude. There was a guy stocking and we asked him for help and he did he was busy. I understand you need to stock but I was just trying to ask him about some shorts in a bigger size. He turned around and walked away. When I was trying to pay for my things I saw him at the registers talking with another employee and they were laughing while there was people asking for help.

I love this store & a lot of the items here. Especially the cute accessories. They have a wide variety though watch out for the signs cause they can refer to another item. Just ask a employee for help figuring something out.

On 7‐27‐22 at 7:10pm, My family and I went into GUESS at the Denver Premium Outlets, my daughter found some clothes she liked and went to the fitting room, at the time the door was open. When she started trying on clothes she stepped out to show her mom, the girl in the store went into the fitting room and closed the door loudly behind her. When we asked to go back in and finish she said it was closed. I reported it to the manager, Dawson, who said he was sorry that the fitting room is now closed and refused to allow her to finish trying her items on. I always shop at guess and have never had such poor service. It would be different if she wasn't in the middle of trying on clothing. We were going to purchase the clothing we were looking at, but thats ok won't be back!!! That's what happens when you hire children to run your store!

Was told at 4 pm the dressing rooms were closed. Was told this is normal by staff. store closes at 7pm. Yet other people were still using the dressing rooms odd. Store employees could not tell me why I could not use them. So if you want to buy a bunch of sizes then return cloths this story might work for you. I won't be going back.

Pasey (hope I spelt that right) and Luke were both knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping me find the items I was looking for. They were completely professional and very kind the entire time. They're the kind of staff that makes someone want to come back and shop even more.

Knowable and helpful staff. Great experience! Manager and employees made for an excellent experience, helped find correct sizes and made great suggestions. Definitely recommend for adults and children.
