Tried trading in a PS5 for in store credit and my controller wasn’t working 100% there is a slight drag on the left joystick that I wasn’t aware of, but they test machine was able to see it. So they were going to drop the credit $138? Didn’t make sense that they would drop it that much when a brand new controller only cost half that. Anyways I said I have a working controller that I can bring in, they said “you should take it to Level 7” so, Instead of doing business with me, they basically just told me to go and not come back! There is no Customer Service, I felt like I was being challenged, and I felt very uncomfortable doing business with the employees. If you’re a pro member and you like GameStop, skip this store.

Sam was SUPER helpful with all the questions I had!!!! Store wasn't busy so, they took the time to explain in detail the answers to my questions. Excellent customer service ?

I ordered a game online and went here to pick it up. That’s all I came here to do. I got in line behind a couple and I left almost 15 minutes later. They were a couple of very ignorant people about anything having to do with gaming. Instead of doing a little research prior to coming here to make a purchase they asked the very friendly GameStop employee some of the stupidest questions I have ever heard people ask about gaming. The GameStop employee had the patience of a saint. I do not. There was another employee at the front door handing out Black Friday fliers. When asked if he could get the game for me he informed me that he was just seasonal and couldn’t do anything with the cash register but I could have a flier!So there was really only 1 employee in the store while they were having an early Black Friday sale. Not ideal. The couple in front of me, very confusingly, wound up buying a PS5. Cause why not?!?

Friendly staff. I had an online order to pickup. There was supposed to be an additional $5 off if you picked up in store. I didn't receive the additional $5 off, but the store employee provided me the quickest way to solve the issue. I got my game and additional discount.

Service employee today told me if I needed anything to ask him and proceeded to work even when I needed help . Stores a dump and prices are already high as is . Wish I could've gotten help or at very best a good discount . Won't ever shop here again !(:

The guy working yesterday, primo dude. We ordered something online and went to pick it up but they actually didn't have it in stock. Not his fault. He took the time to figure out how to refund me back even. ?

I went to get some chargers for my consoles the women working in the store was rude & very unprofessional I had to go to another GameStop because that’s how rude she was I will not be returning to this store
