The old lady was super rude, discrimination.When I walked to ask that I had a return box. She said she just want to talk with someone who speaks English. My mom answered what wrong with my English? The rude lady said she just want to talk with American who speaks English. I got mad and walked away.I believe All bad reviews here for her.We will claim the discrimination because she was doing the customers services, however she just want to do the services to white who speaks english

Worst location ever. I came in to drop off my FedEx pre-paid business envelop and was told I couldn’t drop it off and to come back on a Monday since their driver had already left for the day. There was still 1.5 hours left before this location even closed, but she wouldn’t take my envelope because she couldn’t keep it in the store. She said I can go find a drop box. It makes zero sense as it’s a FedEx store, you can’t hold it in the store but it can be place in a Dropbox? It is rather she was being lazy or being a Karen.Will be contacting the manager of FedEx customer service to report.

Went today to ship a package. Service rep (I don’t know her name) decided that she thought I was going to take too long to give her my account number, so she asked me to step aside so she could help the people behind me. She gave me about 10 seconds before she asked me to skip my turn. I wasn’t even going to use my account, I was paying with a CC. I told her no, I was there first and in the middle of my transaction. Also, she talks too much.

I come here sometimes because it’s closer to my house. Next time I’m likely to just drive farther. Ever experience I have had so far with the lady at the front counter has been very frustrating.

Adam was amazing! I was in and out, and my packages shipped with zero complications! I originally went to Walgreens on 136th and Colorado and was told they couldn’t send my items with just the QR code. Adam was able to do it all! I expected a line and difficulty after l my Walgreens bust… but it was a pleasant and fast turnaround! Thank you Adam!

Had to use this particular location a few times..cashier woman was overly talkative..helpful and nice, just a lil pushy w conversation..and slow getting my stuff due to her tmi...order was wrong but I didn't want the hassle of correcting it.
