I went to this location 2 month ago and interacted with the rudest male employee!! not sure of his name but he wore black rim glasses and had those huge ear plugs. his behavior is very rudely with my kids this guy is being a jerk for no reason and yelled as well at my back and used very bad words to my family even I called the police,
this guy clearly lacks customer service, not honest and not deserve to work in any location of respected family dollar businesses, from that day I’m not going to family dollar’s,

went to this lication this afternoon and interacted with the rudest male employee!! not sure of his name but he wore black rim glasses and had those huge ear plugs. he was stocking the isle i was on and o asked him if he knew the price to the case o wanted to buy. he rudely replied i dont know, they dont pay me enough to memorize prices. no big deal i kimd of laughed and continued shoping. as i get to the check out counter same guy was working the register. i put my things on the counter and politely told him i needed smokes too. he rudely replied yeah ok i can onlydo one thing at a time. when he went to get the cigarettes i couldnt hear what he asked me i said excuse me? he yelled at me DID YOU SAY 2 PACKS? this guy is being a jerk for no reason so i yelled back at him NO I SAID ONE PACK! then he asked me if the baking soda on the counter was mine and i said nohe then rudely says look mam im just trying to help you out. this guy clearly lacks customer service skills and/or is bitter about somthing! if you dislike your job so much, then quit! dont take your B.S. out on customers!

The manager stole from me. Told me I had insufficient funds but I got the notification from my bank he made me swipe my card again or I wasn’t gonna be able to leave. I paid 69.57$ twice and 3 hours later they tried to charge my card again. We got into an altercation because of it and now he’s preventing me from coming to get my fund.

I can see the 3 employees chit chatting it up in there at 8:14pm on a Tuesday but I can't come in to shop even though posted on their door it says they're open until 10pm. The staff at this location on 4/2/23 are lazy and mismanaged.

Stopped by today Tuesday 9/6/22 around 10am the store was closed. This has happened to me serval times at this store one or more times it was the same person working or leaving when I arrived to find the doors locked and today as I left I said, I think I’m going to call corporate because this is getting ridiculous. Suddenly the doors opened up and I was told I could go in. As I walked in the employee working (female, reddish colored hair) said the registers weren’t working so she closed the store smirking like it was funny. As someone who’s worked retail for over 15 years, I know registers reboot within mins, there’s zero excuse to be closed completely down. If anything let customers know upon arrival registers are rebooting some will leave and some might shop for longer than it takes to reboot the register but closing down without even a sign posted is extremely poor customer service.
