Although the dealership was very busy, our sales rep Ryan, and sales manager Tyler went out of their way to make our vehicle selection and purchase a great experience. We got the exact vehicle we wanted and the deal that worked. Will be our go to dealership in the future.

No pressure experience. Ryan Wilson was great. We liked that he walked us through the entire process and we didn't have to deal with a bunch of different people. The wait time was a little longer than we'd like but also understand that it was a Saturday afternoon. Overall wonderful experience and will be recommending EchoPark to all of our friends that will be in the market to purchase vehicles for their teenagers soon.

Dan H. made a usually stressful process strait forward and collaborative from the start. Even with a bit of a computer systems issue, he communicated frequently and honestly. Low pressure experience as he let me take the lead in what I wanted to do. Also, quote for trading/selling my car was easy and fair.

Bought a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe sel, Isiah was a great help. Overall good buying experience, and all my questions were answered cordially. The one complaint and the reason for 4 stars is the calls I had with the EchoPark call center. Specifically Justin and Brianna. They were of no help to my questions and I was frustrated speaking with them. Besides that great experience.
