Paris (and team) were such life savers!!! I had just finished a 10 hour shift at the hospital and came out to a flat tire. I’m pregnant, my husband is out of town for work, and I’m stressed about making daycare pick up for our toddler. I’m so thankful this was closest tire shop that popped up google because they helped me when I was in a true bind! Paris was honest, kind, and helped get my car serviced ASAP so I could make daycare pick up. Truly, thank you thank you thank you! -A stressed Mom

In my opinion, a company should not mislead its customers by offering appointments and then simply ignoring them and just check in the customer into the walk I line up making the customers with the appointment wait 2 hours for a 15 minute tire repair!! False advertisement on Discount Tires part. If you don't honor your appointments then don't have them as an option waiting your customers valuable time!!!

They can't handle the customer flow. The wait times are incredibly long even with an appointment. I waited 25 minutes for an air pressure check. They need more help or better help. They also need to learn what appointments mean.

I had a blowout & swang by the shop roughly two hours after they had closed & saw they where still working away, i asked if they could throw on a new tire for me & the manager didn't hesitate to help me out. I had called everywhere including the costco right across the street & had no luck, but Richard, James & his team came to my rescue. This is THE discount tire

As I was leaving to go to my tire appointment this morning I received a call from Devon--I believe that is his name--and he told me that the tires I ordered were not available and that they needed to be ordered at the beginning of the season and he could go over other tire options that are in stock when I come to the store. On my way to the store I call a different Discount Tire about the availability of these same tires and the salesperson tells me that they are available as soon as 10/30. When I get to the Thornton store I ask Devon if the tires are not available or they just didn't get ordered? He tells me that they are not available and he called Toyo yesterday about these same tires for a different customer. The tires I ordered were $136.00 each and the different tires Devon was trying to sell me are $200.00 each. I feel like Devon was trying to up-sell me on tires to increase his monthly sales goal and or commission. I have had similar issues from this Discount Tire location in the past regarding up-selling tires and not wanting to honor the repair warranty by trying to tell me that they have to replace all four tires instead of the damaged one--I am a former mechanic and I could see replacing all four tires if the tires were worn out but they had a lot of tread life left on them--and I am at the point where I do not want to shop at Discount Tire anymore!

Just wanted to get an off the vehicle flat tire patched. Ask all kinds of info phone, address,etc so they can send me a bunch of junk mail I don’t need as there is not a discount tire in my small town. They are mot there to help the customer just another big corporation concerned with lining their pockets! Save your time and go to a ma and pa tire shop! Unbelievable that you can’t just get a flat fixed without giving them your first born!!

The team at discount got me taken care of, and Paris greeted me with excellent customer service and got me in and out with in the estimated time, will definitely be back in the future for my tire needs

I went there to install 4 tires, and they were extremely busy assisting customers. Yet, despite their pressure, their friendly and helpful service was beyond anything I would have expected. Got what I needed done quickly too. They did phenomenal and I'm glad I went to them for the tire mounting. I'll be back if I find I ever need their services again.

I’ve had several issues with this location. Young inexperienced kids answering the phone and not really knowing how to address concerns, making things up when they don’t know the answer to a question instead of going to ask somebody to find out the answer. Generally, I love Discount Tire, but I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.

I want to give recognition to employee Kyle. While the lobby was filling up with frustrated waiting customers (walk-ins & appointments) Kyle instead of getting overwhelmed, he took the time and gave each individual customer the respect of communication easing frustrations and keeping the flow going. That is solid!
