Pickup of my new snow blower was easy! Staff are very knowledgeable. Like that they have so many ryobi products on display. Great factory outlet store.

Their website showed they were open until 9pm. Google said 8pm. The entire mall closes at 7pm and when you show up at 659 they politely tell you they are closing up. Fix your hours!

I guess it’s okay if you’re looking for Ryobi tools and a few Rigid tools at regular prices. Don’t expect any stellar pricing other than on a few very select items. I was really expecting more Milwaukee tools and factory refurbished tools at better discounts.

Traveled 8 hours to go to this store and I wasn't disappointed. They have a great selection and even better prices. Staff was super friendly and helpful

Dallas was awesome, he took care of me like if his shift just started, I got there 7:40, best customer service ever, he deserves a raise and a promotion, he explained everything and gave his advice I admire his commitment and patient, god bless you Dallas!

As a Ryobi fan, this place is great to get the things I need, and even don't need for a great price. But what makes DTO even better are the people. Patricia is awesome at providing the best customer service! Any problems, she does what she can to make it right.

Wasn't that thrilling or a place. No one acknowledged I was even in the store. Lots of Ryobi if you're into that brand specifically. I won't be going back.

Great place to purchase Ryobi and Rigid power tools at a significantly reduced price compared to Home Depot. Just about everything in the store is either factory reconditioned or blemished (actually brand new, with full warranty). They run 25%, 40% and 50% off sales quite often, so try and wait until then if you can.They carry everything from drill bits and saw blades to lawn mowers and snow blowers, 4v, 18v and 40v batteries, pressure washers both gas and electric, and hundreds of cordless power tools.

While the prices are what lead me to this store. It is the employees that make the shopping experience an A+. I always stop by when I’m in the area. To the chagrin of the wallet.
