Terrible manager, i watched the manager put they're best employee in tears and made her stay over 30min past her shift 'probably unpaid to get yelled at and threatened to fire her over me doing a kind, generous, godly act.

Services are extremely slow. Took 2 of our bikes and were there for 12 days but nothing was done, so we ended up just picking them up. Pretty disappointed

The Good: Lots of friendly associates available to help, large variety of sports itemsThe Bad: Way overpriced (even clearance and sale items are higher than regular prices at competing stores/online), limited selection of bike tire tubes (no sizes over 2.20 in any rim size; they don't even sell tubes for some of the new bikes sold there), and their house brand (DSG) is low quality. In addition, they are corporate sponsors of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) which is the ownership group of the Colorado Rapids that has neglected the soccer franchise and refuses to invest in the team or stadium.I'm guessing these are all reasons why every time I'm in the store there are more associates standing at the front than there are customers in the entire store ?

Staff is great but I haven't been able to spend a $200 gift card there all summer. I must have looked at 12 pairs of shoes, 3 different trips. "Sorry we don't have 10.5..."

We stopped to get some supplies. There were hundreds of kids in the store signingup forfootball, so it was hard to find anyone to help us. We were eventually able to find what we needed. Checkout was super fast. ??

The bicycle department here has the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I had ordered a bike online and was sent the wrong size (most likely a warehouse issue) and came here to exchange or return the bike. None of the men in bike department would speak to me directly instead they conversed with my male friend who had joined me. I called today to see if they had the correct size in stock and the man in the bike shop asked if their website said they had them. I called the store to see if the store had them not the website. He put me on hold and my call got dropped and sent back to a very pleasant woman who then placed me back on hold. I give up with this location.

Nice store, good variety of sporting equipment and apparel. A little disappointed with the prices of Nuggets T-shirts. Low quality at a high price. A little price scalping from a retailer.

Johnny was Amazing! He helped me find some shoes the other night for my 10 year old son and My 2 year old daughter. He made things super easy for my wife and I and got us exactly what we needed. Vernon at the check out was super friendly and was great with my little girl! Did not even know I had a dicks this close to my house but I will surely be back!
