Dropped in during my cross country drive and have never felt so welcome! Very friendly staff and members. Facility is top notch for any level of athlete. Would recommend to anyone passing through the Denver area.

Everyone at MOB has a great attitude and is super supportive no matter where you are in your fitness journey. I’m super grateful for the feedback and positive vibes I’ve gotten from the trainers, owners, and even the other members. Shout out to Gabs for being an inspiration!!

As someone that works out in her garage and has not been super consistent since having my son, I was VERY nervous to workout in a group environment and feel weak and d**** I couldn’t have been more wrong. The coaches here are attentive and show you everything step-by-step before each set. Coaches motivate you and ensure that you are comfortable while also challenging you and modifying as needed to help you feel successful. If you’re new to the CrossFit world or someone looking for a new “home”, give them a try!

I joined Crossfit MOB around 2 years ago and it's been a truly great experience. The coaches are thoughtful and detail oriented with how they run classes, the barbell classes are a great why to improve Olympic lifts and the community is warm and welcoming.

I joined Crossfit Mob over a year ago and can't even begin to express how great of a place it is to be a member of. The coaches are very approachable always happy to answer any questions, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the success of their members. The community is full of people that are encouraging, supportive and friendly. I highly recommend any newcomers check it out!

Fantastic gym and even greater community. They've gone out of their way to make me feel welcome since day 1 despite knowing nothing about CrossFit. The coaches are always willing to answer any questions and make a concerted effort to teach fundamentals so that I can learn. Can't recommend this place enough if you're interested in exploring CrossFit.

My favorite gym I have ever been apart of! The owners and coaches are very welcoming, always there to help and make the classes so fun. They make sure you are lifting correctly to avoid any injuries and will correct you if they see something. They also put on community events outside of the gym like hikes, documentary viewings, etc. I would recommend to anyone at any level of CrossFit.

Love this place. Cant say enough good about them. My fiance has been going for a couple of months and I just started about three weeks ago and have seen improvements already. The trainers are super knowledgeable about training, lifting, nutrition, and overall health in general. I have enjoyed my time and hope to keep coming to them as long as we are in the area.If you are worried about an ailment like a hurt back or blown out knee or whatever it is you have, they will accommodate the work out in different ways to make sure you do not get injured while working out with them.

I’ve always been hesitant to try CrossFit because of all the horror stories I’ve heard about it but I decided to try this gym because it is right across the street from me and I’m too lazy to drive 15 whole minutes.This is the first time I’ve ever tried CrossFit and Im so glad this is the gym I went to to learn. The coaches are very helpful in making sure you understand the movements and answer any general questions you may have.I appreciate that the workout begins with a proper warm up and we go through basic steps of each movement before putting it all together. Even if you’ve been going for years it’s just a good way to get that muscle memory on proper form.The coaches also make sure that your keeping proper form during the workout and prioritize that over just lifting as heavy as possible. I’ve been doing lighter weights this first month to get the movements down so I don’t end up injuring myself and there is no judgement from the coaches or others for not lifting as heavy. And the time that I did have an injury the coaches did a fantastic job at finding alternative movements so I could still enjoy the work out.I think my favorite part of the gym is the community. Everyone is super friendly and supportive no matter what step of your fitness journey you’re on. As a newbie everyone has been super encouraging and helpful.

This place is probably pretty great, but I wouldn't know since they don't return calls or answer emails. Maybe they have enough members that new enrollment doesn't matter. Would love to give it a go... maybe they require you to stop by to get assistance.
