**Update**And what a lame response, looking forward to the managers call to correct the situation, as I said, number left and cricket already contacted. Honestly, it's the least I'd expect from the unprofessional behavior I received yesterday. No call we mean a call to the credit card company with cricket 611 online. Scammers, literally asked the young lady if she was charging me for a screen protector, he reply "no". As she activated phone asked to see receipt which she hesitantly handed to me why? Because she charged me $40 for a screen protector. Her supervisor refused to refund me, I left my number for the manager and called 611. Cricket says y'all owe me a refund and instructed me to go back to your store with them on the line. I'm not going back after the disrespectful treatment. The manager can call me tomorrow or I'll submit my videos, the audio call with cricket and challenge the charge with the bank. Seems more appropriate so y'all get flagged as a scam

Good customer service, the girl and the guy made sure I can run all apps on my phone. The girl was kind enough to set up my Facebook and WhatsApp along with a New Google account for my business

Michelle V , super rude ,bad attitude to customer !! Doesn't like do her Job !!!
I bought a phone same day after I found out my boyfriend got me one ,so I went back to store to start the return process , Michelle was super rude telling me that she is Not going to give me money back and I couldn't return unless I change it for other phone, which I knew you have 7 days to returned , I did ask for the manager that he wasn't there I tell her to call him that she refuses and says he was on day off . I went back again telling her that I knew I was on my right to return it that she refused and want me to go back next day and talk to manager , which I couldn't go next day. So , I went for the 3rd time but with video recording ,is when Valerie started taking action calling a manager that in fact he says, "Yes, go ahead and do it, he was on speaker so i did listen all conversation, Michelle then told me,

started even more rude saying Yes we can, but I don't want to do it now bc u are recording me ( I went 2 times before with out recording and she refuses) . EVEN after manager Leam told Valerie to start the processing she couldn't do it bc Michelle refuses to provide her password to login into the computer , she was sitting there and talking with her mom in the phone while Valerie was busy with 2 customers and Me waiting, finally Michelle provides access to computer . At end Valerie's apologize for that situation, but that child girl Michelle V, needs to get another job ,fired, help & customer service is Not for her definitely! She made my birthday a nightmare arguing!

would give 0 stars if i could. i went in to upgrade my cell phone and the girl who was helping me said she only got out the cases because she has to make a sale. they do not care about customers, id recommend going to a different cricket store. i wish i did :(

Wow o wow tried to cancel a line the sales rep lied about being able to cancel the line for 1 all she had to do is text a Manger witch she lied about that as well then calls the cops because a customers asked to speak to a real manager because a child was lieing about being a manager and the want to threading a real minor witch is all recorded and is gonna be sent over to cricket customer service team cause thus store is own independently very rude and unpleasant staff who can't prest customer service or do there job when asked can't wait for cricket to see this video and then I will upload the video to this update after corporate gets ot for everyone else to see how customers are treated in this locatetion then then derogatory remarks about my kids wow you two you be fired immediately gabby has the worst customers service she and her coworker needs to be fired immediately they think it a joke to treat customers poorly and obviously owner allows it noteven a call from the mgr of the store owner nothing wow

There are two useless people working in this place. They ask a 9-year-old girl for her passport to activate an iPhone. Please stop drinking tequila at 7 in the morning and take good care of your customers! Are the worst! Other cricketers comment that this business is run by a "family" wow, more than family they seem like your enemies. They don't even say good morning and they ask 40-year-old parents for a child's passport since the account is in the name of the minor! Really stop smoking Pot and work or dedicate yourself to something else, it's obvious that you hate your job and don't want to help clients over 17 years old. Don't go into this business it's a NIGHTMARE

Horrendous customer service. I had to go in twice to try and fix something. First time the man working looked like he just rolled out of bed with stains on his shirt said he fixed my autopay got charged extra for in person help. Got a notice that autopay was not set up went in again. The lady said she didnt know didnt know how to use crickets website or app and told me auto pay wasnt set up. So the guy before didnt do it. I then was charged AGAIN for in person help even though web/app wasnt working. Before i finished asking my questions she just abruptly started helping the person behind me with out any care. Ended up calling the cricket help line and finally got fixed. SKIP THE STORE! Just call the hotline instead. Waste of time.
