Not sure why the prices are different in store vs online. Phone was listed at 99.99 online. So in store should have been only a $25 activation fee on top of 99.99. But i was told yhe phone itself would be 150 in store plus an activation fee. We were going to buy 2 phones but decided not to since in store the phone itself is 50 dollars more. So done with cricket. And the 5g service is basically no where to be found. Thanks for nothing

Bad customer service they are really lazy, trying to make me pay for some service lines that aren't even in use they didn't want to disconnect them made me call 611 and they said they can't disconnect them I need to go back to the store. I spoke with a supervisor named Axel and he told was the one that told me to go back to the store. Then I was told that they can't do anything and they talked to customer service and that they said they can't cancel the service lines. So, the supervisor Axel lied to me and I just change Mobil services. I don't recommend this company because they don't want to help they just want money they'll do anything to make you pay for whatever. I was also told that one of the phones on my account had insurance and I was being charged for that but I never added they did it themselves. Overall bad experience don't recommend this.

Didn't buy a phone today the girl there was great. Super nice and a pleasure to talk to. They didn't have alot of phones but i might go back to buy one there.

I went in to this store after getting my new phone Via UPS. I asked the lady if she could nhelp me transfer the data to my new phone.... She looked at me and said "what do u mean?" REALLY! Then she told me she could only transfer the contacts. Both ladies were VERY rude and short with me. I asked for the adapter to buy so i could transfer the data myself and was told its not available. And they didnt know where i could find one! Wow!
