Camera's only record up to 90 days. They do not tell you that upon signing lease. Had items stolen from unit ,so someone had a key or it was internal. I did not want to involve police because they are worthless when it comes to theft...happened at my home and will never deal with police again. Asked to have video or atleast something to show how things disappeared and management only looked at times the gate was accessed, but only records up to 90 days. Only wanted to know if it was someone I knew that might have had access to a key and did not want to involve police. If a person I knew stole from me, the relationship would be terminated instead of involving police. Cottonwood could not provide me that courtesy. Just know that camera footage is scarce above 60 days and your stuff is not safe in these units. Better take pictures and write serial numbers down from ALL electronics and have police report before any insurance claim. Shame on you Cottonwood storage!

Re: the Thornton/North Glenn locationEveryone has been very helpful and professional from the get go. They were knowable and friendly. The facility is in an easy to access location that is clean, maintained and seems to be quite secure. I shopped around and this company has better prices than most in the area. Thank you!

This is OUR storage facility. Well, we don't own it but we have Units here it! A great place for storage, Centrally located! We highly recommend!
