This team, for me, has been phenomenal. Absolutely unbelievably fantastic.I moved to Costco a couple years ago because, even if I filled a prescription early at my previous pharmacy, I would just watch the anticipated fill date get pushed out further and further in 3 day batches. When I finally asked, they were just out of it and didn't know when it would come in. It wasn't a medication known for having a shortage. This has never happened to me since changing to Costco. If they're out and you ask, they can tell you an honest time range for when they expect to get it (and they're honest when it's a difficult to fill prescription). For most things, it's 1-3 days. Then our dog developed systemic lupus and had a massive 5-month long flare that just kept progressing. In the first flare, we had to go through handfuls of antibiotics before we discovered it was autoimmune. This pharmacy made it feasible and affordable. Some of those niche antibiotics are extremely expensive.Once the second flare hit, she couldn't keep food down and was visibly losing weight by the day. We are unbelievably fortunate to have a vet staff committed to treating her even if it meant a miracle, but it was still progressing quickly no matter what we did.We needed a cocktail of nausea and stomach meds just to get any food through her system. The pharmacy never questioned the urgency of these. They just made sure to keep filling them as fast as they could. When they ran out once, they called other locations to verify their stock before they sent me there. 4-pill packs of Cerenia for under $40 saved her life and left us able to keep an extra pack on hand for emergencies. When she developed hemorrhaging nose bleeds, they personally reached out to our vet to get the called-in prescription that disappeared between the two so we wouldn't have to wait for the back and forth. And this is huge for pet owners: as her Gabapentin prescription went up, the cost barely did. $10-11 a bottle, even when we tripled both the dosage and quantity.Of course, once we found her magic cocktail of meds and she went into remission, Costco was happy to take the gigantic bulk quantity prescriptions so we get the best pricing for each one. When we have a huge cluster filling multiple baskets just for her, they never make us feel like a problem, even if I feel like one. They were able to fill all the prescriptions for cheap for our other dogs who felt neglected so they had their own crises. Bulk bottles of anxiety meds for half the cost from the vet at 3x+ the quantity. Pain meds and antibiotics for surgery. Denamarin at a great price even when other stores couldn't get any.Seriously, if you're struggling to get your pet meds because the vet can't buy them at warehouse pricing, call Costco and see if they carry it. They don't have EVERYTHING, but they have the most common big stuff. For mine and my husband's meds, they've helped me price through insurance, no insurance, supernatural luck rituals, whatever it takes to figure out the most beneficial way to fill it for us. And they never make me feel like a bother for it.And then my husband had a medical emergency. The hospital started him on life-saving meds but didn't send him home with any. It turned out insurance needed more paperwork to cover them or they'd be extremely expensive. As soon as I mentioned I didn't have a dose for him that night, the pharmacist put me on hold to research it. Their team dug up a coupon that made the whole prescription $10 so he wouldn't risk missing a dose.Even if they hadn't found any way to help us, one pattern is really, really clear: these people are sincerely here to help. I trust this team competely. If I need something urgently, I just call and ask. They aren't magicians, but there's usually a chance they can help if they get heads up it's urgent. I wish I didn't know that so well, but I'm grateful we figured out to use Costco before everything exploded. I have no idea how we could

Very highly recommend this pharmacy. I recently attempted to get some medication delivered from Walgreens that ended up being stolen by the delivery driver. I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to resolve this and in the process decided to switch pharmacies to Costco.I spoke with Carol and she was incredibly helpful/persistent in getting my prescription moved over and just in general helping me deal with the issue. She spent a lot of time trying to get through to the Walgreens and tried various methods to resolve the issue. The contrast in customer service between Costco and Walgreens was absolutely night and day and I can't express how nice it was to speak with her.It really made my day, after all the ridiculous runaround I got from Walgreens, to have my interactions with her be such a pleasant experience. I cannot thank her enough for turning around what was gearing up to be a really bad day.

Usually pretty good. There is one pharmacy assistant that is super rude, her expressions and tone are rude, especially over one of my specific medications. I shouldn’t be mistreated off a medication stigma.

Staff moved quickly considering how busy they were! The woman who helped me was really friendly, despite the busy line- too!

Hands down the nicest and most helpful pharmacy I’ve ever used. Every single person I’ve talked to has been great with accommodating changes and answering any questions I’ve had.

Great for getting COVID shots and boosters. One of the few places that have J&J vaccines.

I am sooo happy with this wonderful place! I called CVS, Walgreens and Walmart pharmacies around my house attempting to fill a prescription for my 2 year olds ear infection. I was told by all, they didn’t have it and it would take 3 days to get the prescription in. I called Costco and the wonderful Icy went above and beyond to help me. She called my regular pharmacy, got the prescription and made accommodations to make sure we could walk out with the prescription today. Myself and my little one are so happy that she was able to make this happen. When a little one is in pain it is a big deal! Thank you Icy!!!

I walked in for my COVID booster and flu shot on a Wednesday morning, and the pharmacy staff were so friendly and efficient - especially the pharmacist who administered my shots. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. It was a lovely and stress-free experience. I would definitely go back to this pharmacy!

It was my first time to this Costco over near Brighton, and I'm glad I came! First off, it's in a nice large area, next to the interstate and close to Boulder. The store is quite large, and has a lot of items not found at the Superior location. There's tools, pet items, and clothing you wouldn't see at a smaller store. The staff was friendly and actually handing out some (packaged) samples! Overall, a great place to grab some groceries at a good deal.

Hello there this is my opinion of Costco. So we have been Sams club members for a number of years and have always wanted to have both so with this current situation I decided what a better time to join Costco so that way if Sams is out of something we can turn to Costco and its closer to where we live so the expense of driving to our normal store would justify the purchase we opted for the executive membership in order to recieve the better " benefits" as Sams offers. So im going to tell you what we learned after we signed up, which I will tell you now, we opted to retract our membership after our first and only visit to Costco.Upon getting our membership cards we were asked if we would like to apply for a Costco Visa and if approved we would recieve a $100 Costco gift card , I asked if it was a hard credit check as we in the process of buying or looking to buy a house and we are stayng away from credit inquiries and the representative stated its a very soft inquiry so i said ok, unfortunately by the time we got home I started getting notifications that my credit was being ran so I was not happy with that which left a bad taste in my mouth. On to our shopping experience as we went thru the isles we noticed the similarites of the 2 " big box " stores same products just different brands. As my wife was filling the cart with things we noticed that prices we within a few cents of the competition and some things were a dollar or 2 more expensive or cheaper, the reason I know this is I had my Sams app open so we could compare pricing. The next thing that is a negative is Costco does not provide a " scan as you go", where at Sams you can scan stuff in your cart and pay on your phone when you are done and avoid waiting in line to pay.So when we were ready to pay for our items we looked for the self checkout to pay for our items we noticed that there were none and you had to go thru a checkout line which i guess som ppl are ok with because they do put your items in a box and you dont have to box your own items, but heres the kicker that caused us to really rethink our decision , which is they only accept Visa and do not take Mastercard and I dont know if they accept anything else. We do have both but we asked why they dont take MC and they offerd it helps keep thier prices so low.??So one last thing for you to be aware of when you pay for the upgraded membership at Sams club like the executive you are given the benefit of VIP shopping hours which you can shop from 7 a.m. before the normal business hours start so you can avoid the crowds and the lines as with Costco you dont get this benefit the only thing you do get with the executive membership is 2% cashback which I think you might even get 3% back at Sams.So it is your choice of course but in my opinion Sams is the way to go but one thing I will offer is this , before you make your decision ask to browse each one and checkout the prices of things you will be purchasing and see what works for you.

This place is awesome with an awesome staff. Was in there last night to get a few things. Noticed a lady checking out and had some Lysol spray in her cart. I asked her where she found it to which she replied "towards the back but this was the last one". Darn, missed it. While I was checking out she came up to me and gave me her Lysol. I was shocked and asked if she was sure. I didn't want to take it from her. She insisted and said that she worked there and that she will try to get another one later. This was so nice. While off duty she still represented her store with such kindness. Little did she know that I have a little one at home with medical issues that require her to take immunosuppressants that lower her immune system. We normally have a ton of Lysol spray, wipes and hand sanitizer before Covid. As we all know Lysol spray has been near impossible to find and we had run out a little while ago and this lovely lady gave me hers. I wish I got her name. Either way the management staff should congratulate the staff for their kindness and empathy.
