DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The techs here are incompetent and damaged my lugnut shearing it off. They obviously don't train techs proper techniques (penetrant oil, breaker bars) for stuck on lugnuts and screws. Terrible and now Im out even more on repairs!! Will never use costco tires again!!!!!!

Got 4 new tires put on the car and this how the car was returned to me. All 4 tires and rims covered is grease and dirt from the install. Also they did not reset the tire pressure gauge in the car, so car indicated all 4 tire low pressure.

I’ve come here twice in the last three months to repair a tire. Each time they’ve quoted me 45 minutes with an appointment. I’ve showed up to the appointment on time, and each time it’s been 2+ hours to patch an hole. Every time I go in to check at the hour plus mark it’s “it’ll be 5 more minutes” then takes an additional hour. Insane.

the whole team was incredibly kind! My tire popped right after work, and I was nervous about getting it fixed since it was so close to closing time. I know nothing about cars, but everyone and was so understanding and walked me through the different options without any judgment. I'm especially thankful that they could help me on such short notice. I definitely recommend coming here for tires! I want to thank Michael, George , and Mynor especially for their kindness. I appreciate them a lot!
They made sure to get it fixed fast with a great positive attitude! Now I have a drivable car for work in the morning !!!

I do not recommend! Have attempted 4 different times now as I figured I’d give them a chance to make it right and STILL don’t have a call back, order #, or my tires. It’s been over a month now. Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but now I’m in a pinch and will be going elsewhere. Brice seemed awesome but never called back after 2 requests from meeting in person.
I’ll stick to food from Costco, but not tires.

I love Costco but man, do not get tires here. Even when you have an appointment, expect 2+ hour waits for services that take other tire shops 20 minutes.
Customer service is not great.
I think their core issues relate to being chronically understaffed.

Always have been taken care of here, never once had a bad experience. Sean deserves a promotion/raise because he goes above and beyond everytime

During CO cold temperature warning weather alert day, two very nice young employees of the Costco Tire Center helped me on my way to work and saved the day, truly! I commute between Denver and north CO every night and was having trouble getting air into my tires due to severe cold temperatures. I contacted the tire center as they were the only center open and the gentleman that answered said he would be able to help me. It was an hr before they closed, a lot of businesses were closing early that day, so I cannot express how grateful I am to the two employees who helped me! I was able to make it to work in time and finish out my week without having to worry about blowing out a tire on I25. I will definitely be back for any future service needs. Thank you again

My tire had a puncture, which was slowly leaking. Showed up mid afternoon on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and was helped and back on the road within the hour. Thank you very much for the amazing service!

The people are nice and seem competent and skilled. However, they don’t have the bodies to service the vehicles they take in. You’re best served taking the first appointment of the day. If you take the last appointment, be prepared to wait well past closing time (like 9pm). They stand by your their work and they certainly try to make things okay, it’s just a lot of time. That said, maybe this is the standard at tire stores, as I’m not experienced beyond what they offer.

Their communication is awful! They never called me when my tires came in I had to call over and over again to find out they had them and now I can not get ahold of them to schedule an appointment. I guess my only option to get the tires I’ve already paid for is to do a walk in and sit there all day with my two year old.
