I'm very sorry I have done business with this company. I made 3 purchases, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. I would give it only 1 star, but the instore staff has been great. One of the purchases was a computer. It had to be shipped directly from the supplier. I was ok with that. But it can only be shipped to your home address, and someone must be there to sign for it. Well, it was a week late, and I had to take a day off of work just to be there. Instore pickup is not an option. And trying to make your payments is a nightmare. I try to pay online, but all of a sudden, there is an issue on the Conn's side of paying that causes my card to keep being declined. I called customer service, but they don't understand English that well and are absolutely worthless. And forget trying to talk to someone in America that could actually understand you and be able to help you. It isn't an issue that can be solved in store, so unfortunately the employees there can't help. The instore sales team is great, but the company is not a company I will ever do business with again once I pay off my items.

Here it is Sunday March 17th and I still don’t have the kitchen appliances I ordered two weeks ago!!!!! They were first suppose to be delivered Thursday the 14th but because snow was falling it was cancelled until Friday the 15th! Than I got a call that no one showed up to the warehouse Friday so they had no one to do deliveries! So I got another call Friday evening from a lady stating that my delivery was now Saturday the 16th between 4:30 and 7:30 pm! WELL 7:30pm came and went! I called the warehouse at 8pm and told the guy my items haven’t showed up yet and he said he was going to call the delivery team and see where they were at and call me back! Needless to say I never received a call back and after 30 mins I called back again only to not get an answer! So I then called this store location for the guy to do the exact thing I did, call the warehouse!!!! He at least called me back but with nothing satisfying! He response was that the delivery team was still out making deliveries and that my stuff could still be delivered!!! Mind you this was well after 9 pm!!!! He said he would call me in the morning to see if my items were delivered and if not to “figure out my issue”!!!!!!! Well here’s my issue I have 4 kids to feed! I have been without appliances since Wednesday night! I am paying a ridiculous amount in delivery fees AND not to mention the installation fee of $240 which is asinine that was not even spoke about until Saturday!! I did order my items from the website, which to my understanding has no ties to the store! But in all they are one in same so buyer beware! Especially when buying online, they do not give you the option to pick up appliance packages it is only delivery and upon all the paperwork they fail to mention they charge an installation fee until the day of! Not sure what the purpose of giving a 3 hour window is if you can not even meet that and to have no good excuse as to why? ABSOLUTELY unacceptable and Ridiculous! I will also be putting in a call to corporate!Update in response to their response… the email given below is not a valid email! They just keep giving the run around!

We went to store 183 looking for a washer and dryer. I liked that they had a big selection of washers and dryers to choose from. Our salesperson was super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The manager was also super nice and explained things and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this store to family and friends.

donna was very helpful! my fiance and i had the couch we wanted in mind but only had a poorly drawn photo, but donna was able to perfectly pick out a similar couch. the application process was very quick and easy.

It was very comfortable as they greeted me in a couple minutes after I got in the store. They were very nice and two sales people basically working with me. Zachary was the one who stayed with me and let me talk a lot about my big move that I’d planned next month and I wanted to really make changes in my life and switch out my couch. I got the one I have now for free and it’s torn and the springs are popping on it so it’s time to say goodbye. I have been looking at sectionals for awhile now. And it was the first one I saw ! The showpiece! I sat on it and we rescued since my living room instant huge big that I wanted to take out a section and just keep the main couch with an added on chaise lounge at the end. It is so beautiful. He led me around to see other things I needed to. I am paying a lot because I financed it with a flexible agreeable payment but I am sure I’ll just love this gorgeous section sofa that’s incredibly soft and comfortable. I would strongly urge others to do their research on other sites besides Google reviews before shopping here. Their automatic payment system has failed 5 times with more than enough money in our account and we are being charged late fees for their system's failures. Their customer service is a huge scam, outsourced to another country. The man we called in the call center literally told us to go ask family for money to pay them after another customer service representative told us we could pay for their mistake NEXT month. The third party install company they hired did an awful job as well, they flooded under our sink when installing our dishwasher, and they left the kickboard on the counter. Don't bother dealing with them, they are really unprofessional to do business with. I have massive regrets with choosing Conn's.
