This place is a scam. Bring my dog who got in a fight there yesterday. Her leg is really bad. I bandaged it and brought her there. Once I arrived I was immediately asked for a 100$ for her to be even seen which is understandable but that 100$ only got them to take her weight , and check her heart rate .. they didn’t even take off her bandage to look at her leg. They wanted almost 500$ to change her bandage. I still can’t believe I payed 100$ and these people didn’t even look at the leg (the whole reason I brought her) this place don’t care about peoples pets , they are a rip off.

(To reply to your response “ how do you do an examination without removing the bandage and looking at the wound I brought the dog in for? The staff is welcoming, professional and quick. It made the stressful task of visiting the vet much more enjoyable for both myself and my dog.

Expensive and while they didn't seem that busy, the service wasn't very good, they were slow, even while they knew my dog was in distress.

They were very friendly my only complaint is my dog has really bad arthritis and has a very hard time getting up and when they came to get her to take her to the back they did not give her time to get up. Just pulled hard to get her up and dragged her alittle til she was able to get up. That broke my heart cuz she’s in pain and they should have let her get up as slow as she needed to and they knew she has a hard time. I’ve never had any problems with anything else.

Had a very good experience here today. A sudden UTI with my dog. Couldn't get an appointment with our regular vet or any vet. Got right in as a walk in, examined and out the door with meds based on my observations of my dog. Our cost wasn't any more than our regular vet. ($150)

Great Vet- fast and straight forward which I like. Pup tore a dew claw and they took care of it on a Sunday for a reasonable price- same as what my current vet charged for a weekday. Will be back here for sure!

I recently came to Community Pet Hospital after a friend related their positive experiences there. I was looking for a new vet because my previous one had done too many unsatisfactory things regarding both health concerns and scheduling and administrative glitches. Community Pet Hospital seems great so far. Easy to book an appointment, a good environment, spacious waiting room, no chaos while I was there. My dog just needed his vaccinations updated and we took care of that. He has a small growth on his shoulder and Dr. Lizzie Bruce measured it so we have a benchmark to judge if it increases in size in the future. Overall, a good start as a new patient. Would recommend.
