I always see Colby there taking charge and he is very kind and professional the way he treats customers and the other employees. I shop at that store all the time. Very friendly and helpful!”

“The employees at this bank, minus the bank manager, are very helpful and always willing to help so I give them a high mark. Every time I'm in that bank the line is to the door and the guy, I'm assuming the boss, is always just sitting at his desk in that first office. Does he not see the line of people outside his office and why doesn't he help his employees? You can't lead a team from behind a desk!!!”
