This happened just today, January 22.We checked online, and it showed that this location closes at 7pm. We drove for 15 minutes. When we arrived at 6:35pm, it was already closed.The employee said the management decided to close early and couldn't give any reasons for it.That's fine to close the car wash earlier. Just update your online hours also, so you don't waste anyone's time.

The sign shows 7 PM closing time and yet a young employee came to lecture me that the vacuums close at 6:30 pm and the car wash tunnell closes at 7? Why in the world would you come to wash your car if you cannot vacuum it within 30 minutes?! ?To make things worse, the young employee saw me coming, and he turned the vacuums off as soon as I shut off my engine. ? It’s disappointing customer service!!! No doubt about that???

Just signed up as a member 2 days ago came in this morning sitting at the pay station for ten minutes. Had to call the store to see if anyone was working and he’s too busy eating. Didn’t fix my license plate problem and will be canceling my membership not good business at all.

Currently sitting here in my company van.... 715am.... says they open at 7am. And they are still closed....Rags always stink and only half the vacuums work.
