Never too crowded, equipment was always clean, plenty of free weights for the benches, and the extra amenities like the steam room were great. I would’ve kept my membership if I didn’t move out of state.

There front desk never knows what's going on or how to help. I wanted a day pass for childcare one day and they signed me up for a membership for kids. save your money and go to Lifetime Fitness better quality and more professional staff

I liked Chuze, the only thing that really bothered me is when I had a question about how the tanning bed works. He told me to go in and push a button. Couldn't be bothered to show me. Same when I asked about the sauna, I just got a shrug and said I guess you push the button and go in. Nobody wanted to show me the ropes when I'd ask. I'm getting ready to go back to Chuze after having to stop the gym for a year. It would be nice if someone would actually take the time to show me how to use more than just the front door.

Even though the gym can be packed at times this is an excellent facility. The reasons why: Staff is very helpful and down to earth, the gym is super clean. The people there are very respectful. Facilities stay open and actually work. The air is super clean. There no weirdos in there recording. I like it.

The gym is clean and the staff is mostly friendly. The 3 stars is because the main reason my husband and I come here is for the Express Circuit. We come on our lunch break to get a quick 30 minute workout done however, almost every time we go there are people sitting on the machines, scrolling through their phones. This prevents us from utilizing the circuit the way it is intended. We asked the staff if they could do anything about it and they said no. We also asked if we could say something to those folks who are simply just sitting on the machines doing nothing and we were told sure, but that they would not enforce them moving. Even just a sign that says "If you are not using the circuit please do not use these machines" would be sufficient, but they are not willing to do anything about it. It's unfortunate because other than that the gym is good.

Love going to this location to use the pool. No one is ever in there!

So busy you can’t get a work out done unless you only do cardio. Pool area had an annoying whistling. To make matters worse someone put a lock on the locker my friend had his stuff in so he couldn’t get it out and had to get staff to cut it off.

My kid has always hated this particular Chuze, and now I know why - the manager of their childcare is SO rude and obnoxious. I'll never bring my child back here, stick with other locations if you have children - that lady is unhinged! I did leave a complaint with front desk and never heard back from the manager.
