Our car’s thermostat froze, causing our car to overheat on our way from Denver to our home in Michigan. Everyone at Christian Brothers were very informative and nice to talk to. They put us on the fast so we could get going ASAP. I would highly recommend them.

I took my 2005 Chevy Trailblazer in to get the ignition switch replaced. The Front office is TOP NOTCH, professional & courteous. The actual mechanical work however is not. The youngster who is working on my car is on his 4th try at getting my ignition swicth to function properly. The first time they said it was done, it wouldn't start a few days later. the starter wanted to start half way of the key travel rotation. You could find the sweet spot and get it started. If you turned the key too fast ( normal operation), it would not start. the second time was just the opposite. if you turned the key too slowly. it wouldn't start. If you turned it fast , it would. and sometimes it took 10 times to start it no matter what you did. the third time they said it was fixed... after I walked the technician through exactly ( he was by my side in the car) what the issue was, nothing had changed,, it still doesn't start like a normal car should start... WILL SOMEONE AT CHRISTIAN BROTHERS PLEASE TEACH THIS "YOUNGSTER" HOW TO CORRECTLY INSTALL THIS IGNITION SWITCH... Youtube videos show this as a relatively easy 20-30 minute repair... unless you are careless and don't get the gear teeth lined up .... which is what has happened... call a Chevy Mechanic to get help or something... I'm patiently waiting to see the results of the 4th attempt....FYI- Youtube has several videos .showing/explaining the exact same symptoms that you are having when the gear teeth are not orientated exactly as they were on the switch that came out. You now have to go through a trail and error routine to find the exact orientation so the switch starts 100% of the time regardless of how you turn the key... just like every other car on the planet.So as it stands now,the store MGR Vince is trying to tell me that to start my chevy trailblazer I MUST turn the ignition key at a certain speed. If I turn it slower, its normal for it not to start.I asked a Chevy Mechaic at Auto Nation Chevy, and he said that is totally FALSE. - as I already knew. It never has acted like that before. I had another trailblazer that never had that issue. I haven't owned any cars that acted like that.So I have acar that isn't repaired correctly, I have no warranty because they say its a faulty aftermarket switch which they purchased and installed. ANd their mission statement concerning how thet treat people is "Love Your Neighbor As Yourself —Matthew 22:39"I'm not feeling the Love Vince !Show less

I recently brought my jeep grand Cherokee to Christian Brothers automotive in Northglenn on 104th and Colorado Boulevard for a radiator issue. The workers were polite, friendly, and very professional. They kept me informed on the steps they were taking and the cost involved. They also conducted a full inspection of my car and explained any additional issues they found. They informed me that I was due for an oil change, which I was aware of. I also inquired about my brakes and rotors, and they were honest and telling me that they were in good condition. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of vehicle repairs.
