I found a coat I liked but overall did not enjoy my experience. I used the restroom while I was there and one toilet had muddy water and shoe prints on the toilet seat and other had a bloody bandaid on the seat. I tried to wash my hands but there was no soap in either dispenser. I knocked on the employee room and asked if I could wash my hands in there but she said there was no soap in there either. I asked if someone could refill the soap in the main restroom and she said that the cleaning people did that, and there were no cleaning people in sight. She didn’t help me and it’s obvious that the entire store doesn’t care about cleanliness. While this was going on, lots of customers used the restroom and I hated knowing that a lot of people shopping there and all of the employees didn’t have clean hands, and were then touching everything in the store. I’m never shopping at a Burlington’s again.

The manager is a gross troll who needs to shower , I literally got yelled at for pointing out theft. This store never has nothing , it’s always dirty ,always disorganized .,straight trash …so done with spending money here

Horrible service & line was crazy long. Called to talk to manager, told her about line, one register open, she laughed. We left the stuff on shelf and left.

Thr staff was friendly and the inventory was stocked. However, there is opportunity to improve with the store as it needs to be cleaned. Clothes and Shoes were on the floor.Overall I would recommend this store to shop at.

Wow the things you find foe the price is just amazing like a kid at a candy store lol from auto to clothing to beauty to fashion they have it pretty much everything and all even crave a certain candy or sweet they have it lol not to mention the staff and how clean it is the staff is polite and friendly

04/19/2023. Thornton store. Shopped there for about an hour, had 8-10 items in my cart, probably $150-$175 worth, fitting rooms closed, went to check out, 12-15 people in snake line with 1 cashier. I waited about 2 minutes, one lady with an overflowing cart gives up, does a u-turn in line and takes full cart and parks it in nearest isle and walks out. I decided to do the same. Hey Burlington, you lost $200-$300 dollars in 5 minutes yesterday because you are understaffed.

I never wrote reviews but I had to this time … they actually had packed shelves , it was inviting and warm ,tons of deals everywhere , the decor of the store is absolutely beautiful, whoever does it needs to come to my house lol. I ran into a staff member BECUASE I couldn’t find bbq tools …I can’t remember her name she had purple hair ,and let me tell you this is what customer service is all about . Friendly smile , friendly chit chat , she was so nice and thoughtful ….I appreciate these kinds of experiences , for all this I will gladly come back and tell recommend to others ,excellent selection . Awesome staff, great time ..

I love Burlington but can this location please get more variety like some of the other locations. There's a lot here just not as much as you'd expect. Not much home decor or kids clothing.
