Went here for a courtesy brake inspection with full intentions of paying for reasonable work to be done.
I waited 3 hours, when they told me it would take at most an hour.
They quoted me $4200 with a laundry list of problems with my car including all my brakes and rotors to be replaces. Even told me my car was not safe to drive and "I was lucky nothing happened"
Didnt trust him so I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion.
All I can say is this place is scammy. Both 2nd and 3rd opinion said my brakes were fine and still had about 5k left of wear.
Got a quote at Good Judy Garage 30mins across town and was pleasantly surprised with the genuine help and realistic quote. I'd rather drive further for people who actually care.
Don't come here unless you wanna spend unnecessary amounts of money and waste your time

I had tires put on by a different company they did some damage to my vehicle. When I called the store manager at Brakes Plus He got my car towed over and took care of the problem. Whether or not he took care of the cost or billed it to the other place I have no idea. I didn’t have to worry about it. I really appreciate them and I will continue to work with them!

This is a 10 star business. They have great business ethics, they're fair, honest, and extremely trustworthy. You will not be overcharged because they are very reasonable with the cost. Awesome staff, professional and personable attitudes, and friendly environment! Great spot to get your brakes right!!!

Had to get an oil change without notice. Took over a team at my company that hadn’t maintained their van, and since we were going to be driving 2-3 hours from Denver the rest of our week I knew I had to get the oil changed and brakes checked. Shane Castor was the service advisor that greeted me, and while they were busy at the time he understood my need to have the van serviced before end of day and kindly set me up with an appointment for the afternoon. I arrived early, and he and the team were still able to help me immediately. Shane’s understating of my need to ensure my teams safety for the week was top notch service! Shoutout to the entire location for their professionalism and family oriented mindsets!

Shane and his crew took amazing care of me today. They went the extra mile and took care of my alignment issues when doing a full brake service for me. They offer a lifetime warranty on the brakes and 3 months for my alignment!! This single mom couldn’t be more appreciative of the customer service at this store. It’s been the only place I have take my cars for several years. This was just an additional reason why! Thanks Guys!
