T Mobile could learn customer service from other carriers.

Thought phone ruined - left on car roof - found at end of street 3 hours later in the dark - had been run over several times - rough shape. Brought in - instead of selling Me new expensive I phone - repaired in under 1 hour, works great - outstanding and many Thanks..........
