Later I realized she was a manager running around carrying so many duties in the bank. Grace is very intelligent, fast worker took her job very serious, care about the customers. She is a great asset to Wells Fargo. Today I get the help from her again. Love to go to the bank and see her smiling face.”

I was having a rough week so my head was all over the place and I kept making mistake after mistake but Smith was very patient with me and very helpful. He explained everything very well and step by step. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to do anything! I felt bad having smith go back and forth because of the mistakes I kept making but I really appreciated Galen Smith helping me out with everything and being patient with me.”
