They actually helped me. I went to multiple other banks and I was being told they couldn’t help me. When I went here they told me they could do it for me!

I opened my account 3 months ago with a $1000 sign on bonus. They told me that I was all set and it was good to go. I called numerous times and spoke to their employees over the phone and they told me that I would receive it today. And go figure today they tell me that I'm no longer eligible. They lied to me for 3 months and I was genuinely counting on that money. Now I have to cancel my trip back home to see family and my son spent that night in his room crying because of these people. They are cold and uncaring and late in uncaring and blatant liars.I'm closing my account tomorrow. They should be ashamed of themselves.

*edit* - I was credited back to my account but it was still very stressful and an unnecessary headache....Horrible customer service.. their atm literally stole $400 dollars from me and my partner and now they are giving us the run around.. manager Gina was no help at all

Horrific! Bank elsewhere! Mortgage Loan 3 weeks behind and their underwriter is in Arizona with no urgency!! Leaving families without a home for weeks over holidays! Worst experience ever!!

I opened a new account, then tried to deposit a check into my account and was told I need to wait two weeks for it to go through. I asked why it would take so long and was told it's because I have a new account. I feel like I'm being punished for being a new client.

This bank has been terrible since their remodel. I sat in the drive through the other day for 10 minutes before anyone even came on the camera to say hi! Then it took another 10 minutes for my transaction, which was just a straight deposit. Today, I went in to open a second checking account for my teen son. We sat in the lobby THIRTY minutes and then just decided to leave. The teller than suggested I make an appointment. She could have told me that 30 minutes ago. It was not busy at all. I'm not sure why the manager or teller couldn't help me open a simple checking account. I have been with this bank since 1997, at which time I worked at one of the branches (it was called Commercial Federal at that time). We ALWAYS had 3-4 tellers and at least 2 personal bankers working at all times. Our branch manager would have never let a customer sit and be ignored for that long. I am going to be looking for a new bank.

Worst bank ever they change the terms of your account without notice. They stole 40$ in fees from my account. They didn't offer any assistance when I came in so I lost money and closed my account I can't believe they treat people like this. I was a client for over ten years so Beware they drain your account with fees without notice.

This place is so unorganized and full of incompetence. It takes them over a month to give you the details of all you need to close out an account for an estate. Absolutely unprofessional
