Never bank here, you will have nothing but issues and fraud. I’ve had nothing but problems since bank of the west got bought out by BMO. My money has been compromised via PayPal, and the people at this branch didn’t even want to help me. They basically told me I had to figure it out on my own to file a dispute. Meanwhile PayPal told me to go to my bank to file a dispute which I did in the first place. They couldn’t even pull the money from the rest of my account so the rest of my money won’t get compromised. So I still hope it’s there tomorrow. I’m not really sure how to figure this out on my own which is frustrating. BMO likes to turn your card off at any given notice when it’s apparent it’s not fraudulent. This happened to me and other members of my family. You’ve better off banking somewhere else like I am, Save your time and money so this also doesn’t happen to you.

Called the customer service hot line being a customer of there’s looking for help for something they didn’t know in location and was met with rudeness. Of sir it’s not our responsibility. So what is there responsibility

I walked in with the intention of opening an account. There was what seemed like a manager talking (while standing) to someone in his glass window office. Seemed like he was nearly finished. There was one customer in line in the lobby ahead of me. The guy in the office was talking to what seemed like a personal visitor. We were waiting for about 5 minutes.Finally the guy came out discussing the carpet with his visitor then finally called the lady in front of me to the counter. He couldn’t get his computer on line, so he had her get back in line. I said to her, “that’s doesn’t sound good”. She explained to me that she was doing an online transaction that was not working. She said she called the bank and was told she had to come in the bank to get it resolved. Finally she was called up to the counter to a different teller. (Now I’ve been waiting 14 to 15 minutes). The manager (again guessing that he was) said what can I do for you. I replied that I would like to open an account. He said I’ll be with you shortly. Finally the lady was walking past me to the door, and I could tell she was not happy with the outcome of her visit. She whispered to me that they were not helpful. Then the “maybe” Mgr, raised his voice across the lobby, said loudly “this is not the place to give a review”!WOW, I quickly turned around and walked out the door with the lady by my side.I’ll never go back to BMO!

I experienced a huge hiccup here due to a mistake I made that could have potentially ended poorly. I was extremely stressed and anxious. Despite feeling powerless, Rafeek was able to handle my issue within a few hours and resolve everything. I cannot explain how thankful I am. Thank you Rafeek!!!!!!

I’ve been banking with this bank for the past 5 or 6 years and for the most part they have been a great place to bank with. I don’t know if it’s just this location or what, but they are never open when they are suppose to be and are always having some sort of issues with their “systems”. I’ve tried coming to the bank 3 or 4 time this month for cash withdrawals and their Lobby has been closed every time for various issues. Then I try using their drive thru atm and that “can’t dispense money at the moment” next time I come back I’ll be closing my account. I have no issue with the ppl that work here, they are great and the reason why I want to stay, but after today that’s not happening.

I should have read the reviews before walking into this bank. The teller who Initially engaged me for my banking need was nice, but the woman who is in charge of opening accounts is extremely rude. She raised her voice and started yelling at a potential future customer!I left the bank after talking to the ineffectual manager. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN GET in a bank! Will not consider banking with them again! You are warned, read the other recent reviews too; Don’t bank with them, do not recommend them.

Careful of the Any Deposit Checking. Sounds simple to make a deposit every month, but the $10 fee will start racking up quickly if you change something up and forget the requirement. I only even had the checking account because they wouldn't let me use my actually good checking account with a credit union to pay credit card bills. Wells Fargo style of making you get multiple accounts. Worth avoiding.
