Had to come here to return a couple things I had purchased on line. I had been very busy so it took a while and unfortunately went past the return dates ? But lucky for me they were really nice about it and accepted the items! ? Thanks Again!!

Wow! I came in to get some work clothes and was listening to the manager with his employees. Absolutely incredible human being!!! I unfortunately didn’t catch his name. He also took the time to try to find another size for the shirt that I wanted. I let him know that his energy was fantastic and that it must be so nice to have him as boss!The store was clean and organized.

I had both a great and not so bad experience while shopping here. One of the cashiers was super nice and helpful, but the other cashier made me feel rushed and failed to give me the 20% discount being offered for the national outlet day. I was surprised when I checked the receit. Some of us work long hours and when we have time to go shopping ? we like to take our time. The store was not busy. If it was, I would've completely understood.

Always love banana republic clothes. The staff here was very Nice and helpful. this is the first time I've been in a BR outlet where I was asked if I needed help more than once..previous experience at other BRO it was next to impossible to get anyone to even say hi to you.They let me breast feed my little one in the large fitting room whilst I attempted to try on clothes. I have a rough time fitting in their clothes but they're so elegant.This outlet is one of the best banana republica outlets I've found. Very well organized, the clothes aren't jam packed into fixtures and face outs. I will be returning with my husband to get him some things. I love their men's selection.

When we first walked in obviously looking for assistance looking confused wanting someone to ask us what we need help with for a return as we were unsure where to start we were not greeted by the 3 woman in the front instead we were ignored and i had to ask what to do for a return while they were just ignoring us. the woman was then unnecessarily rude, and seemed affronted by the fact that she had to help us. She was condescending about how exchanges work and then didn’t suggest but rudely told us to look around to make sure they had things in our size before figuring out the exchange.Had this just been my experience i would’ve given this store a 1 star review and told people to go to any other br factory at the expense of a few more miles.However- as my partner was trying things on in the fitting room a young man who also worked there was super nice, giving an opinion on suit colors after being asked, was happy to help and grab an extra size, and overall had above and beyond costumer service skills. He kindly asked if we needed any help when he saw us browsing the men’s area before this too going out of his way to do so. He was a pleasure to interact with when he was checking us out as well. His tone, attitude, and helpfulness brought me to want to give this store a 5 star rating just for him but i can’t talk myself into it with how rude and terrible the first woman was. she seriously should never work a day in costumer service again.

I wish I could filmed what I heard and saw yesterday. The four ladies that were at the cash wrap spent their time talking badly about customers and one was even eating a sandwich behind the counter. No one was on the floor helping out customers. They just spent their time behind the cash wrap talking. Before I walked up to check out, I hear one of the girls say, “did that guy who tried returning his pants come back?” Another one answered, “no, I bet he went back to where he came from.” I was in disbelief when I heard that. No matter what that meant, you DO NOT make comments like that about customers. ESPECIALLY in front of other customers. These four girls clearly have no experience in customer service and I am just disheartened that these are the associates that customers have to deal with. I wish I would have spoken up and feel so sad that I didn’t. The girl who checked me out also did no prompting or asking questions so I had to look up to see if she was ready for me to pay. Just really horrible vibes in there. Management needs to do something about that.

Not a single person asked if they could assist us despite the fact that we were clearly looking for sizes etc and there were many associates hanging around. In fact the same associate ran into me twice while walking past me without making eye contact of course or saying anything. Then we got to the register and the person there was smacking gum. Will just shop online from now on.

Easy parking, friendly staff, clean new outlet mall, BUT... maybe I just don't understand the factory outlet business model. I like Banana Republic's style and I've always thought their clothes were decently made for the price point, but this outlet store stocks a lot of second quality items with expensive price tags. Buttons that don't line up with the buttonholes, cheesy fabrics, crooked seams, etc. I hope they are just having an off season but after todays visit I am not impressed.

Rude associates. The sale was extra 20% off for card holders. She’s blamed me for not telling her I had a card before she rang it up. How was I to know that? No signage. She was sure to tell me it was my fault and continued with eye rolling and giggling with her Co-workers. Terrible.

Cloths on hangers and shelves were in a bit of disarray. Staff seemed pretty friendly. Overall, pretty good experience.

Arrived here at 3:20pm and the store was closing at 4pm that day for inventory. Completely fine as I grabbed a few items to try on. Well, the fitting room apparently closed at 3pm. How do you possibly expect anyone to buy anything that properly fits without trying on the clothes? Why also would you leave your store open but close a fitting room an hour before this? Waste of a trip specifically to come to this store.
