Went in for help ordering a part for my son’s car. They didn’t have what we needed, but the service provided by Ericka was awesome. Very patient and helped us with the information needed to order it online. I always go to this store and everyone is very helpful.

127th & Colorado store. Sold me a complete set of 100% used spark plugs. Guess when I discovered they were all used? Check your parts before you leave…the counter staff could care less what they hand you and they could certainly care less about what’s in the boxes coming back as returns. Counter person had the ‘nads to ask me if they came out of the box like that when I asked for replacements. Why would I ask for replacements? Do your self a favor and go somewhere else…ANYWHERE else.
UPDATE 2/18/24. NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS...THE MESSAGE TO "EMAIL US AT CUSTOMER REVIEWS" IS JUST SOMETHING AUTOZONE PUTS IN THE THREAD TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE THEY WANT TO TALK TO YOU. DON'T BELIEVE IT. MULTIPLE EMAILS GO UNANSWERED.

Online order and everything showed in stock. Went to pick up the parts and was told the parts were not there but had to come from the hub and it would be sometime the next day. They need to keep there stock updated and let customers know in advance that not everything is in stock.

Unfortunately our vehicle’s battery decided to die on this cold snowy morning. Bethany was such a fantastic help, first testing and confirming we needed a new battery but helping to install it out in the snowy 25 degree weather. AutoZone has always done solid for me and thanks for going the extra mile Bethany.

Times I came here it's all female workers that are new and don't know what they are doing. Closed the whole store for an hour bc they wanted to take a lunch but are standing around talking in the store with the door locked. Unprofessional

Jeremy and his staff were life savers. I had a late afternoon battery recharge and they got it to me same night!!!! I don't drive the vehicle very much, so this was needed. I had to take it on a road trip the very next morning and they granted me VIP service. Holding the doors for me until 959p. Can not say enough about this staff
