My truck battery died! Terrible, I know. It was a cold and windy night. I went in 20 minutes before close and Xavier helped me change out my battery. He said it was his fasted battery change ever! Super friendly and helpful, thank you Xavier!

Usually every employee has a great attitude and are very helpful each time I visit. However, I don’t think Armando felt like coming into work the day I went, upon seeing his impatient attitude and refusal to install a battery I had purchased. Have him tell you his reasoning as to not doing so, something about a bar he didn’t “feel like messing with”

Customer service is not horrible but could use some work in my opinion. I couldn't find what I needed here but that's not an issue. I understand that some parts need to be ordered.

I really appreciate the accuracy and the fast service that they provided to me. I didn’t know what was wrong with my car. If it was my battery or my alternator and they were able to look that up quickly for me. And I was able to get my car fixed. Thank you so much. I will be shopping there again.

The night manager with the red hair likes to stereotype the customers. I went in to see about a motor mount and they didn't carry it. I went to the bolt asile to try and find a replacement bolt for the motor mount and he didn't know my wife was in the store as well. I left to the car and wail I was waiting for my wife he asked her if she needed help. They continued with small talk. He proceeded to ask if she was with me. She replied no why? And he said because I was suspicious. I've bought many parts from this store but after this I will take my business elsewhere. He's very disrespectful to judge me n it's unprofessional.

Ok so my battery tested so incosistently...Armando store Mgr ..Tristan..and John...were so helpful...old fashion customer service..im a 66 yr old senior..don't need car issues...they all came together ..and provided a great experience!!!

Husband and I came in to exchange a wiper blade previously purchased that we noticed was broken during installation. Employee was very rude saying he could only help if I had a receipt, which I didnt have - and then he walked away. I told husband who was shopping in a nearby aisle that they wouldnt exchange it. Employee only than offered a solution and came back over to assist with the same unhelpful attitude as before.My elbow accidentally knocked over a little red bottle of oil that was on the counter and I apologized and picked it up and put it back. We were then kicked out and refused service.All so unnecessary. We went to another store. The exchange was handled quickly without question or attitude and we bought the rest of our shopping list there. I will happily take my business with a full vehicle restoration elsewhere. I hope whatever is bothering this employee gets handled so he treats people better.
