“I have a 2011 Ram 1500 with 79,000 miles in very good condition overall. One day the truck went into limp mode. I took the truck to a couple of other local mechanics, they took the diagnosis fee and told me it couldn't be fixed. The Dealership said it would be at the earliest the end of September before they could look at it. I did one more Google search . This time Alternative Auto came up. I called and Dale said that he could look at it. And quickly gave me a diagnosis and firm price for repairs. Fixed it quicker than the time frame given. And this truck is running like new again. At the price given. I will never use another mechanic besides Alternative Auto again. Best professional service I have ever seen.”
“I super hate getting oil changes because it always involves on-the-spot decisions about additional recommended services. The team at this Grease Monkey brought me a printout of services that my car is due for - with transparent pricing - and did ZERO hard sell. They were great with me sticking to my original plan and bringing the list home to consider on my own time. It was so pleasant that I actually returned about ten minutes later with my husband’s car because it was due and because it didn’t suck AT ALL!”

“I didn’t realize how bad my steering column was until it was repaired. The prices are very reasonable and the warranty outlasts other shops. The repairs done on my truck were done within a day. They also offer a Lyft and pay for all of it until the vehicle is done. I will definitely be recommending this shop and will continue to use this for all of my repairs and maintenance.
Edit: This place came through yet again. I won’t take my truck anywhere else”

Whether it is changing out my headlights, an oil change, or trying to figure out why my car won’t start, this store has some of the most respectful techs I’ve ever encountered. “I had tires put on by a different company they did some damage to my vehicle. When I called the store manager at Brakes Plus He got my car towed over and took care of the problem. Whether or not he took care of the cost or billed it to the other place I have no idea. I didn’t have to worry about it. I really appreciate them and I will continue to work with them!”

They could’ve said I had more problems than it did and definitely could’ve taken advantage of me. They did not. They treated me like family. Definitely recommend this place.

“I recently went to Grease Monkey for an oil change. Make sure you ask for Jeff. He will always give you an honest answer. The service was quick and efficient, and the technician, Jeff, was courteous and helpful throughout.
While I wasn't initially aware that topping off fluids and checking tire pressure were included in the oil change, I appreciated that Jeff took care of these without me having to ask.
He also mentioned that my tires were showing some wear and recommended an alignment. As someone who isn't very familiar with cars, I found this advice to be very helpful. I wasn't pressured to get the alignment done because they don't do them. He was just making me aware.

“My vehicle experienced total engine failure, and when searching for a repair facility, they told me they weren't afraid of the work, and meant it. As frustrating as the entire process could have been, their professionalism shined. Doing everything required by the warranty, while constantly keeping me in the loop. “We took our vehicle in for service. We told them the heater fan motor was bad and that there was a defective memory module. The fan motor made an obvious noise. The memory seat has been defective since 2021 (we had tried to get the seat fixed in 2021 but they said they couldn't find a problem with it). We have a 3rd party warranty. They called to say the fan motor needs replacement and the memory module is shorted and needs replacement. They refuse to put in an aftermarket part that would be warrantied by the 3rd party. That part would cost $74 as opposed to the $500 for their part. Now they want over $500 for the diagnosis. We TOLD THEM what needed replacing! Now we need to take our vehicle to another repair shop that will put in the parts that have been approved by our warranty company. This is the worst customer service experience we have ever had here! They have cut the diagnosis fee in half in response to this review.
I have to give kudos and credit when it is due. Fixed Operations Director Bill Wheeler canceled ALL charges when we went to pick up our vehicle! This is good service. What makes it GREAT service is that he also gave a recommendation for another company that can work with our warranty company. He also said he would call them to help make our repairs easier,”
