Donna was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring during our visit. We went to two different AT&T stores prior to seeing Donna at this location. After our third attempt we were exhausted and frustrated with the process of just trying to simply upgrade my phone. Donna took great care of us and made sure it was speedy but also paying attention to details. Thank you, Donna!

Worked with Karla and she was an absolute life saver. Ended up helping us work through our account to bring our bill down and got two new phones. If visiting this store, try to get Karla to help you out — phenomenal service from beginning to end.

The predatory lying and upselling that this store does is ridiculous and should be illegal. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PROMOTIONAL OFFERS FROM THIS GARBAGE, DISGUSTING STORE!DO NOT ACCEPT ANY “FREE TRIAL” OF DIRECT TV OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER SCAM SERVICES. YOU WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY AND IN FULL, AND ALSO ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT!Disgusting way of doing things to their customers. I’ve been an AT&T customer for over 15 years. They did absolutely nothing but lie to get me to take a promotional deal saying I would get a $100 credit to my account and wouldn’t be charged a cent as long as I brought the direct box back before 14 days. Well, day 2, I get a $124 charge to my bank account.I’ll see you guys tonight and you’re going to make it right, or we can just cancel all 3 of my lines.

Quick service on weekday afternoon.1st sales rep did not remove origional Sim card. Second store visit resolved issue,and offered discount savings through FirstNet.

Have been waiting for nearly 45 minutes and just now have been acknowledged. There is no check in system so its a free for all S to who "says" they were next. There is no sense of urgency with the staff. Theh walk around like they are on a relaxing stroll around the park. 0/10 would not recommend.

Austin,Matthew and Mikail gave us the best customer service!!! At this store , you are not rushed and you are treated like family. Every question was answered and we felt confident in our choices. When we back to active the phones- we experience some weird issues BUT it was not an issue for these 3 amazing men. They figured out the issues and trust me they were weird and not normal and when we left the store we were so happy that we chose this store. I have never had such an amazing experience when purchasing phones!! There aren’t enough good adjectives to describe how great our experience was!!

Vanessa when I was confused regarding being changed for help transferring phones, notes to me “there time wasn’t worth anything to me ” or something along those lines because I assumed transfers are part of being members after compromising to buying an accessory to accommodate a free transfer. I’ve worked in customer service a long time and don’t understand why such a comment was needed or helped my understanding. Of course I didn’t want to be rude so I just left and will go to another AT&T. Hoping I’m not the only one met with this when just trying to do a transfer and work through it.

Crystal is a life saver! My account got suspended because I bought a phone that was blacklisted and I put my SIM card in there so it's suspended my account. Well my pin didn't work and I couldn't reset it because I couldn't receive text. It was so frustrating because we couldn't get through to customer service because I didn't know pin just didn't work and I have no idea why. I use the same pin for everything. She was able to get through to customer service finally. It was like a different department. Anyhow, my phone is working again. Everyone knows how important our phones are. I was so frustrated that I wanted to cry and she made my day. I was sick and without a phone for a week. I mean, I had wifi but still like I needed my actual phone number back so I could get important text. Thanks Crystal!

I just ported from T mobile to At and T. I had so many questions and customer service couldn’t help. I was at this store at 9 am first thing in the morning which I felt bad and Crystal was so helpful and kind she literally sat with me and looked at my account and broke down the balance. Set up the phone for me and transferred everything. She had so much patience and was so kind. I’ve never met someone so kind and patient. Crystal should be a supervisor or get a raise. She knows her stuff and has great customer service! Thanks Crystal!

After calling several other att stores which all said that I can't keep my phone number when switching from att prepaid to postpaid, finally talked to Donna at this store and she said it wasn't a problem at all, went there and Eric was able to help me, and I was able to keep my phone number which I had for 14 years with att, the other stores just wanted to make more money for selling a new line, the guys at this store were honest and just wanted to help unlike the other stores
