The quality and the fairness of pricing of this store took a sharp decline as soon as they got there new store manager. Everything that is considered "trendy" or "vintage" is upcharged up to 5 times the price as something that isn't. It's disappointing because I've been visiting this arc for some time now to find older things that isn't made anymore without having to deal with reseller pricing but it's kind of redundant at this point if the thrift store itself is being run by a reseller!!!

I like the cool lady with the shaved head and tattoos working the register :) she’s so nice! Got about 6 pairs of pants for my son for $40. Some of them brand new! Go on Saturday for 50% most tags. My son is 13 and grows out of pants every year. At the end of summer, I go and buy him a bunch of pairs of pants from the thrift store when we’re out clothes shopping for back to school. Amazing what you can find and for SO cheap.

When I pulled into the parking lot I was a little hesitant to even go into the store. It definitely has sketchy vibes. But I was pleasantly surprised at the inventory at this store and everything was relatively clean and organized as far as thrift stores go. I found exactly what I was looking for and I found the furniture selection to be better than and more reasonably priced than other thrift stores. I will absolutely go back!

Very very disappointing experience at this Arc. As a bigger person I struggle finding bottoms that fit and I spent a long time trying pants on. I found a pair that fit but they didn’t have a tag on them. When I brought them to the register, I let the cashier know and they took them and put them behind the line and said they can’t sell it to me. He explained the policy and said that they have to “go back through the system” and i was okay with that but then he informed me that it couldn’t be done today. So I had to leave disappointed.
I find this in really poor taste from an organization that I have proudly supported for years, with patronage and donations. They get their merchandise for free and their entire business model depends on the donations from the public but they feel it appropriate to then refuse to sell a pair of pants? I was ready to pay whatever price they named, but was told flat out no.
I will no longer support Arc and I encourage others to reconsider. Not just because of this situation but also the fact that they’re a non profit with no audit information posted.

Where do I even begin? This place has always been a mess but it's getting worse. The store is jam-packed with stuff that's way too expensive for what it is. They expect top dollar for ripped or stained name-brand clothes. And don't even get me started on the designer stuff – it's like they're not even trying to offer a decent deal.
And it's not just the prices that are a problem. This place has become downright sketchy. You can't even walk in without being surrounded by vagrants or seeing people passed out by the entrance.
But wait, there's more! Now they've got this ridiculous policy where they won't sell you something if they think you've messed with the price tag. Talk about treating customers like criminals and stripping away their dignity.
Sure, some people might enjoy the thrill of finding hidden gems in a thrift store, but this place is just a disaster. It's filthy, chaotic, unsafe as a patron, and the staff are beyond rude – unless, of course, you happen to be Latino. And don't get me started on the evening staff or when Jessica is there. Long wait times at the register when the store is dead and excuses as to why the waits are long from Jessica. If they are a manager, they shouldn't be. Incompetent doesn't begin to describe them.
To upper management of ARC, what's going on here? This place needs a serious overhaul, and it needs it now.

There is everything, but the prices are already expensive, generally I don't find discounts on the colors they say.

I just had the worst experience yesterday at this store.
I went into the restroom and when I came back out, there was the supervisor Jessica in the sink area just waiting for me to come out and another employee (man) holding the ladies bathroom door open.
Jessica started to tell me that I needed to leave the store because I was smoking in the bathroom. I replied, I do NOT smoke. And she kept yelling at me that I needed to leave or the police was gonna come and get me out.
She was very rude and accused me of something that I don't even do in my life.

No handicap parking. The area is worse than federal! The customers are what freaked me out the most? It's like hold on to your purse vibes! Bad area

Worst arc in the metro area, rude rude employees, or they just ignore you...if you resell don't even waste your time. They are proud to cover all skus on all books and media so you can't see if it's worth anything if you look up things. They won't show you more than one item at a time in cases because it takes too much time even when store is empty on a Wednesday. The electronics department is so messy and no one cares.

It was a good experience to shope there. They had knick knacks records among other things. Enjoyed looking around with my kids.

Only donate your stuff here if you want to be verbally abused by the heroin addicts who work behind the building in the donation lane
