Doctor failed to take a full history and did not address all issues during my appointment. Doctor failed to document referral for additional services and was not available to answer questions about lab results. Doctor ordered labs for the wrong time of day. STAFF DID NOT ADVICE THAT USING THE IN-HOUSE LAB IS AN EXTRA FEE. Front desk staff are rude and don't like it when you ask questions about why something was recommended.

This was a great experience. From the appointment call, to the check in, to the nurse and PA. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I felt comfortable and confident in the care I received.

I have not one bad thing to say about Arbor family medicine. I've never had such a great doctors office. I see Melanie and she is fantastic. She is empathetic and cares about your health and your physical and mental well being. She works her hardest to get to the bottom of the root of health issues and respects your decisions all while clearly defining the pros and cons of that decision. Shes a smart cookie! My husband sees Dr. Schreiber and he is amazing. He is very intelligent and explains things very well. He is very good at finding solutions and has helped my husband overcome many things. As well as having the doctors we love there, if you are sick and your Doctor is not available, they will get you scheduled with the first available Provider that they have. Every single provider has been amazing! Iam so grateful I found them!!

Dr. Nash, Melanie (PA) and all the staff have been wonderful to me.They’re all kind, helpful and knowledgeable.Dr. Nash is absolutely the best. She listens! She discusses everything with you! She’s not like any doctor I’ve ever been to as she Never talks at you but with you. I’ve only been a patient of hers for around 4-5 years but I won’t be going anywhere else

Absolutely the worst family practice I've ever been to in my life! There's a reason why they have 2.7 stars! After waiting 2 weeks to get a script that I needed, I called them and they had no idea what happened, TOTALLY PUZZLED! CLUELESS! I had a wellness check 4 months ago and no follow up at all on it! Come to find out I have a condition that will eventually KILL ME!! Went into the Doctor and she was totally stymied because I had several conditions at one time and she didn't even no which one to deal with first! I told her about my specialist for my condition and didn't contact him attempted to treat it herself! They were supposed to call me after my tests came back THAT NEVER HAPPENED! Called to talk to the office manager about the situation was put on hold for 15 minutes, no one came to the phone I hung up called back then I was told that the office manager was now in meetings all day and they would call me back, THAT NEVER HAPPENED AGAIN! They obviously could care less about their patients with actions such as this!! I'm taking my business elsewhere because if I depend on this practice I will be DEAD!!!

Update still to this day they have never contacted me so i can give them a better review. I went there with a friend and they where trying to get her to sign a paper saying that she has to pay the hole bill and she had insurance and then we had to call her insurance and they told us not to sign it. They continued to try to get her to sign and then we left the practice and they where rude and unkind. Anyone looking for medical care please don't come here.

Last week I had a wellness appointment with Dr. Schreiber. It was very thorough and also very informative. I left with a positive feeling. A big thank you for that.

I had an 8:20 appointment, they said the Doctor was running a little behind but would be in shortly, 40 minutes later still no doctor. I left the room told the brat behind the deck I was leaving her remark was “ ok, happy Halloween “ didn’t even ask me to wait, didn’t look up at me or apologize for the inconvenience! My time is just as important as the doctor and I don’t feel I should have to wait that amount of time for my schedule appointment. This is my 2nd bad experience here, I will NOT be back!

Update:*On 10/7, I had an appt with Rosenblum to remove the implant. After over 30 minutes and two incisions, he could not remove it, and my back, shoulder, and chest started tingling so he had to stop. I asked him if he felt that he placed the implant appropriately. His response was "It's deeper than they usually go, but it's sitting in an appropriate skin layer." He tried to refer me to a plastic surgeon after attempting removal but I called Nexplanon directly a couple days later to point me in the right direction. A few days later I found a possible nerve sticking out from the incision, I had loss of sensation behind my elbow, and was painful for a week and a half. It's been 3 weeks and I still have loss of sensation. I had the implant removed at the facility Nexplanon recommended, and I asked the doctor if she agreed that the implant was placed, "In an appropriate skin layer," to which she disagreed.I understand these things can happen, but deliberately being dishonest to cover your back is malpractice.*On 10/4, I had an appt with Dr. Rosenblum for the first time for my Nexplanon implant at the Thornton location. He performed a local block with Lidocaine and discussed with me that he would like to place my implant more proximal from the last placement. Dr. Rosenblum advanced the device into my arm and confirmed that I did not feel any pain, he then advanced it further to where my arm was not adequately numbed with Lidocaine, so I painfully felt everything he was doing. After he finished the procedure, he applied a pressure wrap to my arm then proceeded to inappropriately bring up a previous diagnosis he saw in my chart. He said "I saw on your chart you have ________." Unfortunately not a HIPAA violation that I can report to DORA, but it wasn't his business to bring it up when he wasn't even my doctor for that specific appt. Earlier in the appt, I asked his MA or Nurse to add on another diagnostic because I was experiencing a certain sign and wanted to be checked for it to confirm my suspicion. So after my implant was placed and I got dressed, I walked out of the patient room, saw Dr. Rosenblum standing at the Nurses' desk, and he announced "Natalie you have ______________, let's go back in your room so we can talk about it." The Nurses' desk is directly in front of other patient rooms. So Dr. Rosenblum announced a diagnosis out loud, outside of a patient room for others to hear. Dr. Rosenblum also added that he forgot to have me check the placement of my Nexplanon and advised me to check it when I got home. (You're supposed to feel for placement with your provider immediately after placement.) I checked for placement that night and could not find it, so I emailed Dr. Rosenblum-Me: "Hello,I had to remove my arm wrap because it got too tight, and started to cut off circulation. I went to feel my arm to confirm placement and I don't feel it. Is it placed deeper than my last one?"Him: "It might be. Give it a day or two for the tissues to relax. I can always do an ultrasound to localize it.- R"The following day, I called the Thornton location but no one answered, so I decided to show up in person just to see if someone would be available to help locate the implant. I told the receptionist why I was there and she went to the back to speak with someone about it. She came back out and said that she would have to call the Westminster location to see if they would be able to squeeze me in with Dr. Rosenblum to see if it needs to be replaced. I asked the receptionist if she could feel my arm to see if she could find it, which she said she's familiar with how the implant should feel because she has one. She wasn't able to feel it either. I ended up scheduling to have the implant ultrasounded and removed tomorrow by Dr. Rosenblum because he was unfortunately the only available provider. I spoke with the Practice Administrator, Jeanne, who had spoken with several of the parties involved in this whole review. Sh

Dr Nash is an excellent physician who takes her time with you, no matter how busy she may be at the time of your visit. I've been with her for over 20 yrs. Her kindness and compassion are equal to her extensive knowledge in all areas of medicine. She has NEVER STEERED ME WRONG in the 20+ yrs I've been with her. They DO NOT OVERCHARGE no matter what that other reviewer said.Kathleen Lange

Always running behind. The board said everyone was running on time. I know that's always the case. I asked when I checked in (after also doing so online to save time) how long it would take to see the provider & was told about 10 minutes and waiting very patently even though I was very frustrated! It was 2 hours when I finally asked again, again told it would just be a few more minutes I said I'll be waiting outside or in my car. Of course as soon as I got outside, my pager went off. You'd expect pagers at large or expensive restaurants, valet, large events, etc...but most Dr office s don't run so far behind that they need a board saying how far they're running behind or distribute pagers for their patients!!

I have been with arbor for more than 22 years. It’s been getting worst and worst through the years. Called to schedule an appointment. Sick appointment. And All reps have bad customer service. None have compassion for the sick. Very hard to schedule an appointment. They put me on hold for more than 20 minutes. And only to say we don’t have appointments until next week. By then I might have already died! Unbelievable the service to patients. Terrible

If I could leave less than one, I would! This was the most uncompassionate place I’ve ever had to deal with! From not returning phone calls to making a distraught patient sit in the waiting room for almost an hour without any interaction is deplorable! It was all about the money!
