Sales team was excellent, with no pressure. They kept us informed throughout the purchase process and didn’t try to upsell or convince us to purchase something we didn’t want/need.Installation teams were prompt and efficient. Our household is not easy to get into, with steep steps on the front patio and narrow pathways throughout the home. The teams managed to remove the old appliances, and install the new ones, with little issue. Much different experience than what I received from another companies delivery team, that refused to bring in a refrigerator through a narrow doorway, and then left it on the front patio and drove away.Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.

My recent experience with my purchase of a new mattress was top notch!Renee Maestas expertly guided me through the decision making process with her amazing product knowledge and understanding my needs. She is so friendly and made this a pleasant and easy purchase!The delivery duo were very pleasant and efficient as well.I have already noticed better sleep and decreased pain with my new mattress!I would highly recommend this store!

Great prices, and great service. Andrew was our sales rep, really helpful and looked out for what we wanted/ needed out of our new appliance. Mike answered anytime I called with questions about the purchase/ delivery. Ruben and his helper did a great job unloading and moving the fridge inside as well as taking the old one outside. Great experience overall, will purchase my next appliances here.

Placed my order online quickly and easily. Received a confirmation call immediately and scheduled the delivery. Lots of communication to keep me updated as the truck approached and delivery was quick when they arrived! Everyone I interacted with was polite and helpful and they really respected my time.

I felt dissatisfied about a warranty service I had purchased for my refrigerator which was one of four appliances I have purchased here. I left a one-star review and within 5 minutes the general manager had gotten in touch with me about my concerns and reassured me that my product was protected by their warranty and helped me set up a scheduled service date. The technician came out worked on my refrigerator and told me exactly what the problem was. He bored out the drain hole in the freezer and said this was common with this unit. It now drains and doesn't leak anymore. I am very happy again with the service provided but also with the exemplary customer service exhibited by the general manager of the store. I was afraid that whatever my refrigerator needed to be fixed was not going to be covered by warranty and she assured me that she would cover the costs if that were the case. I cannot express how grateful I am. Thank you.

Rose P. Went above and beyond to help us get our microwave that was out in the warehouse.We showed up at 6:30PM on a Friday and she was polite, helpful, and patient. Girl deserves a bonus!Also this place has great deals- will be back!

We have been using our washer for several months now and it’s been working great no problems and we had no problems with delivery and setup the dryer was on back order for a month and it’s been several months now with no problems

I was looking for a refrigerator that was no longer being made. Online it showed Appliance Factory had one in stock. I called the general number and talked to Ben in Colorado. He found a few stores that had a floor model. He went the extra mile to contact the stores and send pictures to me. He handled transferring from Cincinnati to Columbus and then having it delivered to my home. The service was outstanding and I was surprised how quickly I got it. I am a very satisfied customer! Thanks very much!
