Every. Single. Local delivery. Since I moved to Thornton. Has a damaged item in it. NOT ONE single piece of original product box/carton has survived all the way to my house. For the love of all that's holy, STOP putting fragile items in paper envelopes, and/or in a box with large heavy items and no padding.

If I could rate this company zero stars, I would.
First, HR is a waste of time. There was an incident that occurred with a manager by the name “Jake Barton”. He threatened my father and ran him out of the warehouse on his overnight shift, for no reason. My father is an older man and was doing his job like he was supposed to, and “Jake Barton” had an episode where he came back from being outside with his other employees and aggressively started yelling and pulling things out my fathers hands. My father does not speak English and had no idea what to do, and so he walked away. As he was leaving, “Jake Barton” was chasing him down the hallway asking him to sign a paper. My father refused and left.
I asked for camera footage of that night, I never received it. I reached out to HR about the incident, I never received a response.
When someone life feels threatened at any given moment, they have the right to stand up and protect themselves, but my father didn’t. He held his composure and wanted to reach out to “Jake Barton’s” managers. The right thing to do. And still nothing. After a year later, no one has ever reached out. So disappointing and disgusting.

Yes, there is discrimination based on race, specifically towards immigrants, by the HR manager (Tiffany), business partner, and some managers, as well as poor HR services.

Delivery was a day late. When mentioned to the driver, he was absolutely RUDE!! Said ‘that’s not my problem’!! And he appeared to want to instigate problems. Van #3 PETT3.

I wanna share that I had the worst experience ever. I recently worked there and I’ve been terminated for something that wasn’t my fault and as well as I keep trying to get a hold of the front office the security answers they hang up on me and they put out my personal information to get calls to get calls From unknown numbers, the front desk answered me then they pretended not to hear me and hang up on me now the security and the front office is giving out my personal information

We took the tour available to the public. This is an amazing facility. Tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Interesting to learn how your Amazon order goes from a click on your computer to a delivery van to your house. Be prepared for a bit of a hike - the tour is a mile plus in length. Plus a large flight of stairs though an elevator may be available.

Good place to deliver, but not much load coming out of this place. Bobtails ok to park in parking for cars.
