Jeremy was so incredibly helpful! We picked out a washing machine on FB marketplace and had a delivery set up in less than a day. We were in the store for maybe 30 minutes and left feeling great about our purchase. Best customer service around this area by a mile!

I bought a new washing machine, it was just outside with some cosmetic damage but it was new, I did not buy any warranty and at the time of installation we realized that it had a leak, I went back to the store and they were not responsible for changing it, The only good thing is that it had a manufacturer's warranty and they told me that they would take care of it, they are very kind but if you don't buy a warranty for the product they say that it is your responsibility.

Purchase was seamless. Everything else feels like a total scam!1. I found a fridge on the website and called in to confirm the measurements. The sales guy on the phone initially said that it "should fit," to which I replied that I need a confirmed measurement. He puts me on hold (presumably to use and actual tape measure to confirm dimensions), then comes back to confirm that it will, indeed fit. I go in the next day to pay for the unit and deliver/install.2. My tenant takes a day off for delivery, only to find out that they will NOT install a fridge connected to a plastic or copper waterline, and that they will NOT access a crawl space to shut off the water for the install. NONE of these details were given to me when I paid for the DELIVERY and INSTALL. They took the fridge back and left my tenants hanging with a faulty fridge, but also left with a promise to contact me to reschedule the delivery. I wait three business days and never hear a thing - so I take it upon myself to call them. I received some eyerolling apologies and rescheduled the delivery - which was still another week out. 3. Fridge is set to be delivered, my tenant takes another afternoon off of work, only to find out that the original sales guy never actually measured the fridge - it does not fit as it measured over 35" when the original sales guy told me it was less than 35" and assured me it would fit. I call and throw a fit, and a very apologetic sales guy assured me that he was going to make it right. He promised that he would go through the entire inventory at all of their locations to find a fridge that is comparable to what I purchased, but that will actually fit. I spoke to him on a Friday, he promised to get back to me on that following Monday. 4. Two Mondays have since passed, and 10 days total, and I still did not hear anything and was forced to call them again. A very unapologetic sales guy agreed to refund the money, but made absolutely no effort to acknowledge their screw up, or the fact that my tenant has now been a full month with a faulty fridge. As a matter of fact, he only had a record of a purchase and a delivery, but not anything else that has been going down. He gave me a number for someone in "corporate" (he first said president, then CEO, then manager). I'm probably not going to hold my breath.

What an easy appliance buying experience. Tons of good deals on all appliances. Helped us out in the showroom as we needed and the delivery/installation/removal of old machine went perfect. 10/10!

I was initially delivered a dryer that had a screw that was way too tight in the terminal power block and I couldn't get it set up. I was very disappointed in how the first manager I talked to handled the situation. However, I will say that Daryl and Joe made things right within a few days of my initial conversation with the first manager. Both of them contacted me directly in order to take ownership of the situation and they sent a technician to my house in order to fix the terminal and get my dryer up and running. I appreciated them taking ownership of what they sold me, fixing my appliance and ensuring my satisfaction. I'd trust them with my future large appliance needs.

Eric from Affordable Used Appliances was super helpful and was able to quickly and efficiently get me a used machine. He had several customers in store and was able to help us all by himself.Decent selection and decent prices! Open Sunday til 4:00pm and friendly.He did ding the washer on a yellow pole. Just needs to be a little careful when loading. All in all a good value.

I want to share that I had such a fabulous experience with a salesman named Ethan Caywood from this store in Thornton. This young man truly went above and beyond to make sure he was able to get me exactly what I was looking for in a used appliance, and we could not be happier with our purchase. In addition, I never even went in the store because Ethan was SO efficient sending me photos, an about his knowledge of the product I wanted. A few of his extraordinary actions to assist me included endless texts of various refrigerators with all the specifications, calling other stores to find the type refrigerator I was looking for, days of communications including videos of the fridge he found me in Greeley, and coordinating with the other salesman in Greeley to make sure the fridge was delivered first to his warehouse, and then to me and my husband in a timely manner. Ethan explained that he was new to sales, and his first priority was to make the customer happy, and he certainly did that, and so much more. Affordable Used Appliances is beyond blessed to have this young man working for them. He is by far not your "typical" salesman. Thank you Ethan. We love our refrigerator, and thanks for your hard work to get us such a good bargain.

Ordered a used fridge last week and when our handyman picked it up and delivered it, the tenant opened it up and there were no shelves or drawers. Since the sales rep I purchased it from is not in the store today they are telling me no one can help me out with getting our shelves and we have to wait until he's back to work tomorrow. Working with this company is always a nightmare. The only reason I give it even two stars is because the sales rep Darrel was very kind, easy to work with, and did actually call me back unlike the other locations that have blown me off. This company used to be our companies go to and it's too bad there's always something that goes wrong when I try to give them another chance.

We’ve been wanting a new fridge but didn’t really want to buy new (especially because I’ve heard the pandemic has been driving up prices on appliances). We were able to find a nice reconditioned fridge here for a very reasonable price and only $50 for a year warranty. They also were only 2 weeks out on delivery times (again I’ve heard for brand new you could wait 6 months!). Very pleased, definitely recommend.

Affordable Appliance Factory Shout Out. Cosmo and his team REALLY saved us. We broke our glass top range and they helped us to get a replacement at less than the cost of the replacement part. Highly recommend!

Cosmas at Thornton CO Affordable Appliances Is the best. Our construction project is drawing to a close, our budget is really tight and he put together an extremely affordable appliance package for us. We are so stoked! We can’t recommend him and Affordable Appliance highly enough.

I wish I had discovered this place sooner. If you dont mind a few dents or dings in appliances in exchange for a good discount, look no further.I interacted with the parts department and ended up purchasing a refurbished dishwasher. After a few snafus the parts guys went the extra mile and the dishwasher worked great. The employees really were down to earth and were honest with their knowledge.

They have a lot of good choices. Me and my wife have looked at many used appliance stores and this is by far the best. Daryl the store manager is the best. Amazing customer service and he’s knowledgeable about the machines and parts. Would definitely recommend and I’ll come back here every time I need appliances
