Management keeps certain services under their own belt making it impossible for the employees to offer good service. Avoid this place for anything but a quick drink.

Just was at the 7-11 it is new worker first day on the job and no manager around even corporate management was answering. The whole system is down and he is alone without help. I know this kid better be working for you 7-11 and if he his not. I told him I will help him sue you for not properly training him.. Further more a manager should be on duty or some with experience in the C-Store. Now the one that manages the store needs to be demoted or fired. This is bad for southland corporation..... The kid was in utter disarray there was so many people in the store when the system went down he was ringing somebody up on the register and then it went down. You can try to explain to them that he could not check anyone out or let anybody use their card or cash at the register you had no way of opening up the drawer.It's really sad to see how the job industry has changed so much. It's like all you want is your pockets filled with lots of money and you can care less about the little man that's working for you that's a shame.Furthermore if that young man is still working for you I will frequent your store. If he is not I will make sure the people that I dunno will not come to that store ever again because management is bad business there!!!

Stopped in during the early morning. Kai was working the register solo, while also stocking the aisles. Kai helped me get my items and was super friendly, even though I was probably a bigger pain than I needed to be. Kai deserves the biggest kudos for being so awesome. Thank you!

Not bad. I just went there early in the morning. Maybe it was too late. I didn’t buy hot burgers or pizza. But the service staff were very nice. They were replenishing the goods. I could take my time to look around and find the food I wanted.

The staff is always positive and always helpful and makes sure I have everything. The staff always gave me details on why the product is coming in or tried to let the management know to order the product. But the store manager needs to learn how to treat their employees better. The store manager is lazy. She is letting the store go to hell the store is never stocked properly. If the customer asks or tries to ask for an item. They won't do it. Honestly, I believe she is not doing her job correctly.

Blond haired store clerk was being quite racist towards a Hispanic delivery driver. Completely unacceptable and I can not recommend this location in good faith.
