Don’t go here at night! This is not a 24 hour location 90 percent of the time!!! I do all I can to avoid having to go to this specific location, which sucks cause I do really like 711 stores. Every time I have gone past 11pm it has a hand written sign in the front door that says we r closed and it is always for a weird amount of time. Like basically it would be up until right before what I am sure shift change would be. But the worst part is that every single time there is a guy standing behind the register leaned back against the counter playing on his phone! If u tap on the door or yell or anything he will not look up and will actually kind of turn away from the door. He is there every single time. It is always the same guy. He is always glued to his phone. Only once when I went at night it was actually open. The guy refused to talk to me. I went up to the counter after circling the store for about three minutes listening to him talk on the phone. When I did go up I stood there and just waited. He continued to talk on his phone and play on his phone. He refused to acknowledge me! I stood there for long then I did looking around the store! I said excuse me twice. Once after a good minute and then again a whole minute or two later. He ignored me both times and acted irritated by me existing. He finally walked up to the counter and then continued to play in his phone and talk! Didn’t say anything to me or that acknowledge me still!!! Eventually I said hello! And so he started to scan my items while in between each item looking back at his phone pushing a few more buttons. He never stopped talking on the phone the entire time either. I tried to ask him for cigarettes and he grunted at me. When he finally got them I tried to say yes those thank you and he cut me off by raising his voice a bit “I know!” And went right back to his phone conversation. He scanned them and then stood there angry and talking. I asked the total twice but he wouldn’t tell me it. Finally I said whatever and slide my card. I grabbed my stuff to leave and said thanks and he didn’t say a word to me!!! Just kept on with his super important phone call. He is a lazy, rude, horribly selfish person! He does not deserve the job and honestly makes me want to avoid all 711s together. As a smoker I go to a 711 everyday spending between 11 and about 25 dollars. I don’t want to be treated like a princess but I seriously at least dessert to be treated like a person that is alive in front of him waiting. Don’t go here at night! They r never open!!!!

I try to avoid having to go into this 7eleven eventhough it is alot cleaner/organized then most and over the past few months the selection of items has gotten better (slightly) ever since this new cashier not sure if he's a manager or what and don't know if he hates his job because that's how it really seems. He's rude, cold always on the phone doesn't acknowledge the customers. He's a vibe killer for sure. The guy before me accidentally gave him the wrong amount of money and he belittled him for it as if it was a big deal or I'm sure that happens often And i went in to add money to my cash app and before i even fully asked if he could he said he almost yelled no cash app we can't do that here. I thought basically all 7elevns are capable of that when i looked up the locations in the app it gave this location but i jut said ok thank you and left. As long as he's working there i wont be going back i don't think its asking to much to expect to be treated with some respect/kindness as a customer.

I’ve lived down the street from this 7-11 for the last 6-7 years. And the entire time the owners and employees are the rudest people I’ve ever came across in my life! They don’t greet you, refuse to make eye contact with you, will NOT SPEAK to you. I avoid this place as much as possible but sometimes my kid wants snacks late at night when other places are closed.. tonight I went in, we picked drinks, chips and turned in my scratch tickets. I specifically told him that I would pay for my items cash, because I intended to use my scratch ticket winnings to get more scratch tickets. He didn’t even tell me how much I won. Thank god I know simple math. But then proceeded to take the balance of my items out of my winnings. Meanwhile while not speaking a single word to me. The previous experience I’ve had was with another man that when I paid for my items I reached out my hand for my change and he intentionally dropped my change on the counter rather than putting it in my hand. My father in law went to their store to purchase some batteries and was going to pay with change and they refused to accept the change. These people are by far the rudest MFKAS ever. Have zero customer service skills and really don’t give a crap about the people that pay their bills. If you’re so miserable or hate the people that come into your store why are you here???? If you hate all of us why are you here???? Go open a store in your country where you love your own people rather than coming here to open a store and treat your customers like trash. You can’t even greet your customers with a hello, or respond to your customers that say thank you and have a good day. Hope you lose your business and someone else takes over that 7-11.

Used my debit card to buy some stuff and it got “declined” twice. It was really the store grabbing my card info. 2 days later all these weird transactions popped up on my card. Opened a fraud case. If you have to go here, use cash.

Went in just to get an iced coffee, and the ice dispenser had so much mold. Like so much mold, super visible and super gross

Ask them for help at the air pump and they were telling me that they can’t help and there’s no way they can give money back because it’s not their company but it is literally 7-Eleven exact air so I don’t know if they’re just not helpful or what it is, but the service there sucks horribly. I asked one of the two people to come outside and help me and they say oh well. Oh well oh well several times.

I am completely and utterly disappointed in the costumer service it's a convenient store that is not convenient at all. money orders are never available because the excuse of out of paper or is it they don't want to load the paper this is my 3rd and last time asking for a money order from this specific location additionally after say thanks and have a good day I got no reply because the employee was on his phone ever second from the time I enter to the time I left. Wow sorry but who is training the people here.

Stop by every morning and always get my monsters. But they definitely just lost me as a customer. Got a 8piece boneless chicken and was charged $14.52 for it along with 3 monsters and brought the total up to $22. When I asked if I could put them back I was told I had already touched it and food is expensive.
