The store was packed but even as busy as it was the staff were very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Great product, great service and awesome atmosphere.

Was looking to purchase more pants for my job and possibly a bag from Bree. didn’t see her in.Store wasn’t busy when i went in as there was a couple customers browsing and had asked for help and had mentioned that i was looking for a specific style and size and the lady with redish hair just pointed in the direction and didn’t say anything. i had asked if they had the certain style i was looking for and she said whatever we had was on the floor.The lady with blonde hair also didn’t care as she was highlighting things on a paper? maybe she was a manager im not sure.. all and all it was a poor experience as i left empty handed and will not return.

Visited on Friday, pretty awkward visit I was going in to purchase a couple pair of pants ended up leaving with distaste. The lady(assistant manager) helping me told me how bad the store was and blamed it on new management she took up about 20 minutes of my time and I just ended up leaving

It was my first time here, and it was a great experience, very clean and organized. Staff was very helpful. Bria had the most amazing energy and really made me feel welcomed. She made it a very pleasant experience! Defintely will be coming back and will reccomend to anybody! Thanks for your dedicated customer service!

I have bought many pairs of work pants from the store, and they seem to hold up very well, the service is pretty great, I just wish they were not so expensive. Or maybe they are not for work pants AnyWho.What I suggested, definitely, especially if you were looking for uniform, type of wear, or tactical wear.

Corporate needs to step in and reorganize the management and staff at this Thornton location immediately. The new manager is extremely rude and offended that there are customers in shopping or just looking. The store is filthy and looks abandoned by staff. The manager on duty seemed intoxicated and unwilling to assist me or others. We have been in multiple times, and never have we been treated so horrible. Our previous experiences with Shanna (blonde) she was professional, and she had customer service skills and product knowledge, unlike new staff. I will not be returning, nor will my friends or family. We truly believe customer service is #1! With a staff that cares more about store gossip than to acknowledge customers, your business will fail.

This place is dangerous..... everything there is on point! From patches to gun bags. Such exceptional quality. Every man should own a pair of their pants (take your pick) work or casual, this company thinks of everything! And they look good too! ?

Almost 1pm and the doors are locked and all I get is a stupid look from someone standing behind the counter. Nice. Guess I’ll take my money elsewhere.

The female employee who I assume was the new manager was not friendly or helpful. You need to bring back the former manager. I will not be shopping there again. Very disappointed!!

I picked up a new Hydration Pack Bladder Unit For my Drinking Water Carrier. This one came with a Lifetime Warranty from leaks or defects. I mountain Bike on Bike Paths for exercise, and the current water Carrier was leaking. So this replacement gets me squared away for my Rides.
