I have had the Pleasure to work with the Manager at the 128th Self Storage Facility, Robyn, to secure a large rental unit for my Household goods from a move from Louisiana to Thornton, CO for the past 6 weeks. She has been 'unbelievable' in her expedient 'follow-up' emails and calls to keep me appraised of the status of the Unit availability in-which we were needing to store our goods. She was informative, timely, and very professional in taking care of our needs. Because of all of her Efforts and Professionalism, I rate this Manager as a 'Five Star Rating'!

I cannot say enough good things about Storage Company. The facility is excellent, but the highlight of my experience has been the manager Robyn. Her warm and welcoming demeanor makes every visit enjoyable. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help. Thank you 128th Storage and Robyn, for your exceptional service!

EXCEPTIONAL customer service at this facility. I worked with Robyn, who was kind, helpful, and fun to be around. She made everything so easy. The facility is super nice. Highly recommend this facility for any and all storage needs. I will definitely be using this facility again, and recommend it to all family and friends. Longtime Renter, Units and Facility are always clean and secure. Staff in the office is always helpful and nice to deal with. Highly recommended if you need a place to store your stuff!

Very happy with this storage facility. The storage unit was cleaned out and ready to go when we showed up. The staff was very helpful and professional. Super easy to deal with never once had a problem entering or exiting the facility. The manager Robin was always on site and very helpful If you need anything. We were very impressed. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone and we will use them in the future if ever need be.

We have had the opportunity to rent storage twice from this facility. Luckily Robin has been the on site rep both times. She is fully knowledgeable and always ready and able to do her job quickly and professionally. And what you can't teach, she is just a nice person. The facility is clean, well maintained and secure. Refreshingly nice experience compared to so many others not as good.

Robin is AMAZING!!! She helped me with an issue I had, which I created myself (I didn't reserve my storage unit in time), and she went above and beyond to help me find a storage unit at an AMAZING price! I'm so grateful for her help!! Thank you!!
