Always love stopping in this cute Telluride staple every time we are in town. I love visiting and getting to chat with the employees as I browse the seasonal selection. They have always been so kind and helpful. I will always support this sweet, local shop!

This place had really cute items. Workers were a bit passive but so was everyone else in town. Didn't buy anything even though the whole store was discounted that weekend.

Beautifully curated selection of clothing, jewelry & shoes. Prices are in-line with other boutiques in NYC, Chicago & LA. Unfortunately, there was only one employee at the shop this afternoon and she had a sour & judgmental personality. Not only did she not ask any of the customers if they needed assistance, she also did not acknowledge us or any of the customers as people entered the shop - not a friendly hello or a smile. She maintained pursed lips the entire time we were shopping. Upon checking out after purchasing our items, the employee appeared to assess myself and my friend (we had just finished a hike) by scrutinizing us up and down with a dismayed facial expression, which felt to us as a reflection of our less-than stylish attire and haggard appearances. Please know that appearances can be deceiving. Two Skirt employees should treat every individual who walks into the boutique with respect and a pleasant personality - and as a potential customer - regardless of their appearance. As someone with unlimited disposable income, I may think twice before shopping at Two Skirts again merely due to the treatment by the employee today, however, I do recognize that we all have difficult days and I can only hope this isn’t the typical personality of the woman working at the counter this afternoon.
Follow-up: Visited again recently and experienced the exact same behaviors by employees. Purchased a sweater and the woman at the counter did not acknowledge me as I checked out. I thanked her after purchasing the sweater and she said nothing as I turned to leave. Apathetic and rude per my usual experience there.
Do not shop at Two Skirts. For stunning clothing options in Telluride with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Scarpe!

My recent visit to Two Skirts in Telluride left me utterly disappointed and disheartened. Despite having disposable income to spend, my friends and I were met with appalling rudeness from the boutique's employees. Their dismissive attitudes and scoffing remarks made us feel unwelcome from the moment we entered. To make matters worse, the first impression was marred by the ghastly mannequins on display at the storefront. These mannequins, rather than showcasing the boutique's fashion sense, were inexplicably hideous and detracted from any appeal the store might have had.As customers with the means to indulge in luxury shopping, we expected a level of courtesy and professionalism that was sorely lacking at Two Skirts. This experience has left us with no desire to return or recommend this establishment to anyone. It's truly disheartening when a boutique fails to recognize the value of treating all customers with respect, regardless of their disposable income. We hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for Two Skirts to reconsider their customer service approach and improve the overall shopping experience for future patrons.

A beautiful store with great customer service! All the girls were very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back this winter!

A friend and I had been looking so forward to stopping in this cute store on our trip. However, the employees (all three of them) were scoffing, rolling their eyes and demonstrating extremely off putting behavior towards us as customers. Reading the reviews, I see we weren’t the only ones. We only purchased a few items because of the sale, but put back the majority of clothes because of the unwelcome environment by women too old to be behaving in that manner.

Was really excited to go into this store after seeing how cute the clothes were! Super sour employees though. I’m not sure if I wasn’t helped because of the way I was dressed but I will never spend my money in the place ??

Sells cultural appropriated mittens that designs were stolen from Indigenous people. Astis is using traditions and beadwork from a marginalized group for their own profit

I have two things to say: 1. Telluride has changed for everyone who's ever felt at home in the cozy, soulful place this used to be. I've been coming to this wonderful town since I was about five years old, and my heart breaks for how pushed out I feel by the "rich white resort" direction of everything. 2. I would like to emphasize that I am not even close to being a plus-sized woman when I say this - the first thing said to me was "we have more sizes in the back if you need them!" That's how non-inclusive this store is. I walked out within about thirty seconds after making sure I was correct in assuming that meant everything on display was purposefully very small. I didn't even look at prices. All women deserve to see all sizes on display. Period.

My review reflects the experiences of many of the other customers. Telluride is a ritzy and expensive small skiing and resort town, as such, it is expensive to even be there for any reason so most of the people traveling through probably have disposable income to shop wherever they want within reason. Also, because it's an active skiing town in winter and hiking town in summer, I'm not going to get all dolled up and dressed up to shop. I'm going to wear whatever I'm wearing for the day because I don't have to impress shop girls. I, like many others, also got the feeling that I was also being sized up while walking around and when I asked about a beautiful $300-400 dress in the window on the mannequin, the gal behind the counter made it clear that she didn't want to go through the trouble to take it down for me because it was "the last one and probably wouldn't fit". I'm a size 00-0 so I usually can fit easily into what fits mannequins but I decided I wasn't going to argue the point that badly to beg someone to take $400 from me. I browsed around and found the store to be cluttered and loaded with mismatched items and several items where only one or two were available (unless they keep much of the inventory in the back) so things I liked I figured weren't in my size based up on the earlier discussion with the gal working the counter. Most of these items appear vastly overpriced for the quality, style, and shape of them so I decided to leave without purchasing or trying anything on. Not really to my taste anyway aside from a few pretty dresses. Most of the items looked like stuff Kanye would wear on TV interviews honestly.

Popped in here while shopping in Telluride because it looked so cute from the outside! During Covid, they had adorable outdoor racks setup with sale items and trendy lounge furniture. When we walked in, whew, the store is pretty overwhelming! There is SO much inventory that it makes it hard to focus. The racks were jammed tight with clothing which made it a somewhat stressful shopping experience. The price point is also super high which is expected in Telluride but a pair of tassel earrings for over $300?! That seemed wild to me. The gal working was on a video call picking out new inventory so she seemed distracted and wasn't the friendliest. All in all, there are other boutiques that are probably more in my budget/provide a better shopping experience! I don't know if I'll be back in here.
