My girlfriend and I came here for pedicures and had a top-notch experience. Saray was a phenomenal nail technician and Julie was a very pleasant and attentive host/receptionist. The environment was modern and relaxing with a great playlist. We enjoyed our treat thoroughly. Expect to pay resort prices — don’t let that bother you — enjoy yourself.

I rarely write reviews but I’m livid. The people were nice, but company is not clear at all about their pricing. They add on at the end. I literally just paid $100 (with tip) for an simple gel manicure. Insane. I Will never return. Not worth the price at all. I just feel like I was scammed.

Rudest people with no customer service what so ever. I walked out and will never return. Do yourself a favor. Find somewhere else.

I had an excellent 30 minute facial. My husband had a massage. The massage was relaxing nut not as therapeutic as he would have liked. The pool and hot tub area was also closed all day for a wedding. That was disappointing and we wish we would have known that at the time of booking. Overall the facilities were very nice.

Horrible service!!!!! Took 15 minutes to be waited on as the ONLY outside table. Chef was heavy handed on the lemon in the aepli sauce and on the mustard in the NC chicken wing sauce This was an unfortunate miss.

They recently updated the menus here and it is great. Amazing selection of drinks, friendly staff and a great environment.

Cozy bar with great high back leather chairs. Great selection of wines, and cocktails. Nice menu with unique assortment of appetizers. Plenty of tv's for games. Loved the pool, foosball and shuffleboard tables. A great place to unwind after a day of skiing our festing.

Mixed review. The hotel and hotel staff are superb! And some of the spa staff are wonderful. But just make sure you know what you're buying before going in. The massage I had was sublime! The girl was awesome (apologies as I can't remember her name). She was polite, professional and an excellent MT. Then after my massage, I had requested a 30 min facial to give it a try as I had never one before. Well, apparently I was given a 60 min facial and, of course, charged for it. As i was still wonderfully foggy from my massage, i had no clue as to the time. Then when I left the spa, it was all just charged back to the room. When I went to check out the next day and reviewed the charges, I was very surprised to find that I had been charged more than I had expected. The front desk kindly called up to the spa to discuss the charges and the spa was obviously insistent that they were right. So much so, that the front desk staff person said that she would send me up to discuss with them. After a terse & brief visit to the spa, I was told, in no uncertain terms, that I received a 60 min facial and so that's what I was charged for, even though I had only booked a 30min one. Oh, and lots of truly insincere "I'm sorrys" but without any move to try and reconcile or make amends for the mixup. Thankfully, when I went back down to the front desk, the guest services staff person actually listened to what I had to say and offered help in the form of a discount. The cost between a 30 min and 60 min facial is $100 and the discount didn't cover all of that but the offer itself also helped to ease the pain. I highly recommend the hotel and all of the hotel staff. Just beware of the spa and be very clear on what you're booking AND what you've been charged for before leaving the spa.
