Rebecca took the most amazing care of us. We had a blast custom designing our beaver and rabbit hats!! They stand by their product and have a large collection of accessories to choose from. A must if you want a gorgeous custom made hat in Telluride!!!

I can't say enough great things about this store - the staff are incredible - competent, friendly and patient. I've bought several hats, one of which they even completely reshaped because I'd changed my mind. They really are here to make it work for you. Highly recommend!!!

Katrina built, shaped and decorated a beautiful hat right in front of me! Can’t thank her enough for her kindness, ideation and creativity.Another associate helped me a few days later to trim the brim. She made sure to treat the hat with care and verify my preferences in real time. I didn’t catch her name, but her exceptional level of service matched Katrina’s and is reflective of what you can expect from the Crossbow team.Crossbow also offers a ton of other custom services for leather goods and hat accessories! Katrina even helped me pick out a cute silver Telluride pin to add to my hat.After a horrible experience with a shady “hat maker” in Crested Butte, this was exactly the kind of service and quality that should accompany a custom hat purchase. Can’t recommend Crossbow and their lovely team enough!
