Chase compromised my account and identity by letting some random person in Texas cash a $1,425 check in my name. I live in CO. They never asked this person for an ID. But they insisted that I show them 2 forms when I walked into the Chase branch to close my account after this happened.It's been over 2 months since my account has been "frozen" and they still won't give me MY money that has been sitting in my account.I think my next steps are to call the BBB and file a theft report against Chase.Don't trust your money with this institution.
