We have visited this store several times in the past. We are taking advantage of their complete Thanksgiving dinner packages this coming Thanksgiving, including a freshly cooked turkey and all the trimmings. It will serve our ten family members and save us all the cooking and preparation. Highly recommend it.

I am SHOCKED by the rudeness displayed here by the customer service agent Karen. When I asked her how her day was she ignored me, then I asked her how long she’s lived in Superior and she said that’s a personal question, gave me mean nasty looks and called her supervisor over. I get that not everyone is happy to help others and show kindness but I do appreciate her customer service staff has the basics of smiling and being kind to customers... people who hate socializing or working with others should not be in customer service. I’d highly recommend finding nicer cashiers.

I bought a bottle of milk that turned out to be no good -it smelt foul and was chunky on top when we opened it- I brought the full bottle of milk back for an exchange however the manager said they are completely unable to take returns or exchanges. Guess it’s too much to expect Whole Foods to have fresh, edible food?

Charged 23.99 for ice on 3 lbs of crab meat. By the time i got to the counter it weighed 2.75 fron 3.35. Asked manager for help and called corp with no response of customer service for this issue. Pretty sad to over charge people due to "the crisis" as they said multiple Times in the store when I am an essential employee and well aware of "the crisis" shows how this store treats their neighbors during critical times. Over charge and make as much as possible
