The pharmacist and her staff are awesome. Each time I’ve been to this location, the staff are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is run incredibly well and efficiently. Leadership starts at the top and the pharmacist at this location is an excellent role model for her team. Every time I call with a question, they are friendly and courteous. I’ve been to other pharmacies where you are treated like you are an inconvenience to them. That is not the case here. You can tell they take pride in their work.

This review is for photo service- Pro: Passport photo service was nice and quick. My husband and I just walked in, and we got the photo within 20 minutes. Con: The photo wasn't good. They didn't use a professional camera. They were using an outdated looking small pocket digital camera (the kind people used to have before iPhone!). The photographer came really up close to shoot a photo, made me feel uneasy, so it clearly showed in my face!

The drive through pharmacy gentleman, Forrest, was so kind. It's comforting when you're struggling needing medication and the pharmacist is so kind. Give him a better speaker phone though

Literally just got hung up on by the pharmacist when talking to him about an error in the online booking system. I was explaining something to him and he literally hung up on me. Wow.

There is a reason this is my pharmacy.The drive up is usually empty, and because I have text updates,I know when to get my prescriptions.I recently changed insurances and for some reason my card had the wrong information. So the pharmacy staff, specifically Angela and Tiff, took the time to call the insurance company and spend more than 30 mins on the phone. They got the problem solved, and I left with my order.

i've never had more issues with getting a prescription filled than I have here- every single time I try to get a specific prescription filled there's always an issue. It's awful.

Not sure why items are mark up so much here. When purchasing online for pick up (compared to in store prices for the EXACT same item) there is a significant difference in price.

4/6/20 - Service and everything was fine, but governor polis announced a requirement that everyone wear masks in public due to covid19 and i did not see a single pharmacist wearing any PPE. Kind of disappointed they are fine contributing to the spread and not following government guidelines to keep people safe.

Save yourselves the time and absolute ignorance of this store!! Pharmacy manager Tiffany is the one leading this circus. She’s awful and it’s clear why this store has 2 stars! I hope her management team reads this. They are out my prescription every month, when I’ve asked it be stocked. Staff are condescending and unprofessional!! I waited in line for 30 minutes last night while she helped everyone inside the store. So I left. Said my 3rd rx would be back in stock today but they sent it to GRAND JUNCTION! I don’t live there. Then I have to call pharmacy in GJ, on hold another 20 minutes. I cancel that one, call them back they tell me it’s now out of stock and won’t be in until tomorrow but want me to transfer rx to another store?! Oh great advice Tiffany!! So call my doctor again for ANOTHER pre authorization. Wait to see if that store has it in stock. I started working on this Monday!! It’s now Thursday and it’s still not right!! Avoid this place like the plague! This place is a complete and utter JOKE!! 2ND INCIDENT 5/12/23! CALLED THIS MORNING TO CONFIRM THEY HAD MY MEDICATION IN STOCK! NEEDED A PRE AUTH SO CALLED MY DOC. THEY FINALLY SENT IT IN THEN I CALL TO CONFIRM THEY GOT PRIOR AUTH, THEN STATED THEY DONT HAVE IT IN STOCK AND NOW HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY! THIS PHARMACY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!

My new insurance required me to switch to Walgreens to get a 90 day RX. Trying to get the prescriptions transferred, and trying to get the one I really need has taken over a week and has been the worst nightmare ever. I've called multiple times. I've waited 46 minutes on hold on the phone. They said the phone is broken. I've walked in twice. I've written down the request for the RX transfer. I've called the store it's transferring from more a few times. And still they haven't transferred the RX that I really need. They open at 10 and close at 6, and for anyone who works that makes it really hard to get prescriptions. They are short staffed, and they apparently don't track things well. I've never had this much difficulty getting basic medical care for a condition that is a federally protected disability.

I rarely take the time to write a review, but in this particular case I consider it a public duty.If you’re just going to buy sparkling water, or some Tylenol, skip this; but if you are going to get life saving medication, Save yourself the trouble, the ineptitude, the lack of professionalism…BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!Do not take a chance with this Walgreens, you will regret it!

Wonderful staff! Super friendly and helpful. I had hours worth of photos to scan and they made me feel at home by simple kindness. Above and beyond!!! Would recommend, will be returning

After almost an hour waiting for my pick up order (four items, two of which were the same) I gave up and went in to get the items myself. The girl was playing on her phone. The pharmacist was very helpful. When I got to the front with my order and explained to her I got it myself she just said “okay” without looking up from her phone. No acknowledgment to the fact that a customer had to come in and do the job. Very disappointing.
