My iPhone mysteriously stopped working and it appeared the SIM card had stopped working - bummer! I cruised into the superior Verizon store, and Chow provided me with the best mobile phone customer service I have ever experienced!! Phone is back and working and now I have gps to go get to the ski resort!! LolThanks Chow!!!

Went in to get my phone replaced for battery issues. Of course they upsold some stupid iPhone 15. And nothing works on it, all of my carrier settings changed and two separate times it has totally not worked with the “world” settings I was told would. This phone is awful and they have done nothing to help after the purchase

Had an issue with my iPhone it went dead. Drew Rhoades tried for an hour to help fix my dead iPhone but it was toast. He then helped us upgrade to new phones which actually cost us less than we were paying. Great service! Oh then my bill went to $1500 a month later and he spend two hours with Verizon fixing a “glitch” in their system and all monies was refunded. If you want someone who cares and a reputable company stop by and see this guy.
