$3 to print a single shipping label in black and white, no color!? I don't want to hear anything about the cost of doing business or "that's the market". That's outrageous and price gouging, definitely won't come back.

Wow…worst customer service ever. Dropped off a package yesterday, they were busy, so the gentleman working on my returns said I didn’t need to wait on a receipt. BIG MISTAKE! My package that I brought to return yesterday was just delivered to my house?!?!? No return label was ever put on the box. They said, oh well, call Nike…good luck! No apologies, nothing! Called Nike while in the store and got a new return QR code, so, hopefully it makes it this time. I got a receipt and watched him put on the label. Fingers crossed! Find somewhere else to drop off your packages, or make sure you watch the entire process and get a receipt.

Diva and company were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and performed over and above. She was quick and effectively helped me with an Amazon mistake; while maintaining a highly professional and joyful attitude.
They created a joyful dream experience in a time in America when most customer service experiences are frustrating, dreadful nightmares!

Keep getting quoted outrageous prices here. Had a package that was 15x15x15 & 13lbs with insurance for $4000. Was quoted $350. Went to the UPS customer service center 10 minutes away and shipped that package for $120. Everything the same but $230 less. Went in again with a package that was 10x10x10 & 8 pounds, also with $4000 insurance. Was quoted $245. Again I declined and went to the UPS Customer Service Center and shipped that package for $95. Everything the same but $150 less. Nobody who works here can tell me why?

Today I needed to have a funeral contract and agreement notarized. The situation is timely and difficult enough. I arrived during open business hours and was turned away because “it is too close to closing time.” The gentleman working was kind. This is very upsetting to me though because it is advertised that they are a notary with the business hours. This store fails to make public what services they do actually provide and when said services are provided.

I would give them a zero if I could. VJ was wonderful. The other guy who works there needs to find a new line of work. He’s awful with people and doesn’t know how to do his job. I shipped a computer and it was returned back to the store through no fault of mine. Then “the other guy” told me there was nothing they could do- no refund, no reshipping it, nothing. I called corporate NOTHING. Then I called the store again and they gave me to VJ. He did the leg work of calling corporate and getting me a refund. Then I went to pick up the computer. The original, brand new packaging had been turned inside out, thereby decreasing the value of the computer. They did this after I was told it needed to be placed inside another box that I would have to pay for. No one told me they would deface the original box but would rather just place the whole thing in the box that I paid for. This place is terrible. Poor VJ deserves to work somewhere better. Don’t trust them with anything you care about.

This is the UPS that I bring my Amazing returns to. They are always friendly, patient, and helpful. I've only ever had good experiences here. Today one of the employees spent extra time helping me track down the model number on two otherwise identical products to ensure the right labels were applied. He was so gracious in helping.

The manager of the store took a lot of time to help me figure out how to mail several framed pictures. The frames were large and old, and he explained to me the best way to ship them. They arrived a few days later, completely intact, and I credit this to his great packing. He seemed like he was very interested in pleasing his customers.
