“The staff of bending wrenches has ALWAYS been courteous, informative, and trustworthy. Prices for services are reasonable. They have continued to monitor the past, present, and future maintenance required for our 2001 Odyssey (224000 miles; original engine with a rebuilt transmission). A very well built and enduring product. The most recent maintenance visit to Bending Wrenches was for time and distance on the
vehicle. Spark plugs needed to be replaced, and plug cylinders needed cleaning. Once again the team completed a thorough inspection of the vehicle. The result being a well tuned reliable vehicle for another cross country trip. Winter tires rotated with summer tires; ready for another cross country trip! Thank you Bending Wrenches!
The Odyssey had an oil leak that has been difficult to find. The team at Bending Wrenches endured the mystery leak until they added a “dye” to the most recent oil change. Thankfully, the dye worked; the elusive leak was discovered, repaired and the Odyssey continues her journey with 237 K. Thanks to the entire team at Bending Wrenches. This company offers above average service for our needs. Hat’s off to you!

“This is the most honest, straightforward and fair shop I’ve ever taken my car to. Darren is so incredibly nice and helpful, and he saved me a ton of money. I’d already taken my Kia SUV to Boulder Valley Automotive for other small repairs because they’re great and their prices are really fair. This time I paid extra to have it towed to them because the engine failed while I was driving. Darren thought it seemed like a specific warranty issue Kia has acknowledged, and that there was a good chance Kia might cover the repair. He talked to the dealership and they agreed it sounded like that issue. I had the SUV towed to Kia.Kia told me I needed a bunch of different repairs, not that it was the warranty issue. I freaked out and talked to BVA again. Darren told me the repairs they were suggesting made no sense and called them again. It turned out the Kia dealership shop hadn’t listened at all to what BVA told them. When Kia looked for what Darren had told them to, they found it WAS the warranty issue. Kia is replacing the engine at no cost to me. From this I learned that dealership will happily try to sell people work their cars don’t need.I really appreciate BVA’s honesty and helpfulness. They aren’t condescending to me because I’m a woman, and I think they genuinely care about helping people.”

“They are the best. I struggled with an intermittent electrical issue with my Traverse and was in and out of the dealer shop several times with $1000's spent and a vehicle that still wouldn't start every two weeks or so.
I explained my problem to Greg and that my wife was going to make me buy a new car if it couldn't get fixed. I left my vehicle and they reproduced the issue and fixed it. It's been 8 months with no further electrical issues.”
“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Stephanie the new girl is fantastic. They weren't able to fully diagnosis the weird vibrating issue my Mazda CX-9 experiences intermittently when shifting in and out of a specific gear, but at least I now know it's not a mechanical issue I need to address immediately, or throw lots of money at a problem that might not easily go away. The car mechanic simply recommended I continue driving it until the problem becomes more pronounced and identifiable. They didn't charge me for their diagnostics which took several hours, or try to charge me for additional services and unneeded repairs. Very honest and trustworthy company, and highly recommended. I'll definitely be taking my vehicles there for future repairs.”

“Best tire swap experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been to almost every tire place in Boulder. The staff was very friendly and well organized. I made a morning appointment and was in and out in about an hour. At all other shops I’ve been to, tire swaps have taken way longer than I was quoted (with an appointment) and lasted far over 3 hours. Boulder Tire has by far the best service and price in town.”

Dan, the lead mechanic is extremely knowledgeable and a very great overall mechanic! The entire staff is very nice here. Bunch of great people! I had a light come on on my car. I was lucky because I did not have an appointment, however they were able to get to my vehicle the same day, and it turned out to be a very simple fix, and my car was fixed that night.”

“Most honest, fast, and dependable place I’ve ever been been to.. I went in for breaks and not only was that done fast and affordably he had also pointed out the problem I’ve been curious about and was unsure of (being a broken wheel bearing) He then pointed out and showed me exactly where the problem was, how to confirm that problem, explained what would happen if not fixed and then fixed the bearing in an impressive amount of time. My car drives and feels much better now, these guys go above and beyond what you normally see now of days with anywhere let alone the automotive industry. “I love the Boulder Grease Monkey! I've been using them for oil changes since 2019 and I will never go anywhere else. They are lovely people, good at their job, and so attentive. The last time I went in, someone came to the parking lot as I was getting out to take my keys as I went to check in. I walked in the door and the man at the register had already pulled up my account by my license plate. They can get a bit busy sometimes but the customer service is well wait the 30/45 minute wait.”
